Abstract

PURPOSE: A block plate for anterior cervical fusion is provided to enhance a combination force between pyramids without using a screw nail by installing a block for supporting pyramids in the inside of a metal plate and forming an incline portion or a projection portion on the block. CONSTITUTION: A forward metal plate is used for agglutinating forward pyramids of a cervical fusion part to each other. A block(1) for supporting the pyramids is formed in the inside of the forward metal plate. The pyramids can be fixed stably without using a screw nail by forming an incline plane(2) or a projection portion(3) on the block(1). In addition, the fixed force can be increased by inserting the screw nail into a hole(4). The incline plane(2) and the projection portion(3) are used for preventing separation of the block(1).
