Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a transdermal absorption patch comprising a water soluble support.
Transdermal absorption patch has many advantages in the treatment of diseases, such as avoiding the first-pass effect and preventing constant side effects in the body while continuously administering the active ingredient percutaneously. In general, transdermal absorption patch is effective by absorbing a certain concentration of the drug through the skin, and therefore, a certain time should be applied to an appropriate area of the skin. Conventional transdermal patches have been used for polymer materials already well known in the field of transdermal absorption formulations including polyesters, polypropylene, polyethylene, ethylenevinylacetate and polyurethane. The conventional percutaneous absorption patch is in the form of a conventional water-insoluble cotton cloth, the skin pain or skin damage occurs when removed after application to a hairy body part or a weak part of the body, there was a lot of restrictions on its use.
Although the scaffolds of various transdermal absorption patches have been used, the use of transdermal absorption patches themselves has been avoided due to skin pain or skin damage. The use of transdermal absorption patch is completely denied to races with a large body hair such as Westerners, and the administration is restricted only to the areas necessary for races with small hairs. Therefore, development of the patch which is easy to remove is calculated | required.
Accordingly, the present inventors have conducted research to solve the problems of the conventional patch, by using a support that can be easily dissolved in the appropriate amount of water at room temperature or higher in the patch and easily removed from the skin, the advantages of the conventional patch The present invention has been completed by finding that it can be easily used to avoid skin pain or skin damage upon removal. Accordingly, the present invention increases the ease of use of the patch formulation drug, water-soluble support easily soluble in the appropriate amount of water at room temperature or higher; A drug layer comprising a pharmacologically active substance and an adhesive polymer material; And a release paper that can be removed prior to application to the skin; and an object thereof is to provide a composition of a transdermal absorption patch.

The transdermal absorption efficiency of the patch using a water soluble support can be increased by various absorption accelerators and advanced absorption promotion methods for various drugs known to date. In addition, the back diffusion of the drug, the drug solubilizer, and the absorption accelerator into the water-soluble support and interaction with the water-soluble support can also be prevented by various compositions of the drug layer and the water-soluble support. As an example, a drug commonly used in transdermal preparations may be used in the form of a base or a salt having a high fat solubility in order to increase the skin permeation efficiency of the drug, and use a hydrophobic or hydrophilic organic solvent to act as a solubilizer and absorption accelerator. By formulating, in most cases it is possible to prevent dediffusion to the water soluble support and interaction with the water soluble support. Even in the case of transdermal formulation using a small amount of water, it is possible to prevent the back diffusion into the water soluble support and the interaction with the water soluble support by selecting an appropriate type of transdermal composition and the water soluble support.
The water-soluble support and the transdermal composition used in the present invention have the property of being easily dissolved in an appropriate constant excess amount of water at room temperature or higher when removed after use of the patch, and easily removed from the skin. Since it has sufficient resistance, the form of the support does not deform for sweat or skin moisture for more than 24 hours, and it shows not only sufficient transdermal absorption efficiency but also good adhesion during the application time of the patch. It also has the property of removing directly from it.
In the method for preparing the transdermal absorption patch of the present invention, the drug is first dissolved or dispersed using a suitable solubilizer, an absorption accelerator, and other conventional transdermal preparation additives (which may include water) or an adhesive solution. It is coated on a water-soluble support in accordance with the object of the invention, covered with a release paper, cut into a desired shape to produce a patch, or the preparation is once deposited on a release paper subjected to a peeling treatment, and then compressed onto an appropriate support to prepare the preparation on a support. It transfers and cut | disconnects this suitably and can manufacture a patch.
In addition, after dissolving all the components in an organic solvent or water such as hexane, toluene, ethyl acetate, etc., and then solidified in a water-soluble support according to the object of the present invention, the organic solvent or water is removed to obtain a formulation, which is a release paper Cover, cut into a desired shape to prepare a patch, or after the solution is solidified on a release paper subjected to the peeling treatment once, the organic solvent or water is removed, and transferred to a suitable support, and then appropriately cut to prepare a patch. You may.
