CONSTITUTION: The vacuum packed Armorclad rockfish is produced by collecting fresh Armorclad rockfish; immediately killing it; removing the intestines and the scales therefrom; washing the Armorclad rockfish with fresh water; freezing it; and packaging the frozen Armorclad rockfish under vacuum condition.
