Description
본 발명은 자동차용 흡기 매니폴드의 소음저감을 위한 오버몰딩(overmolding) 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 디메틸테레프탈레이트, 1,4-부탄디올, 폴리테트라메틸글리콜을 사용하여 종래 흡기 매니폴드에 오버몰딩하여 공기유입부의 두께를 늘림으로써, 공기유입시 소음이 차량내부에 전달되는 것을 방지하여 운전자의 운전환경이 향상된 자동차용 흡기 매니폴드의 소음저감을 위한 오버몰딩 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an overmolding composition for reducing noise of an intake manifold for automobiles, and more particularly, to a conventional intake manifold using dimethyl terephthalate, 1,4-butanediol, and polytetramethylglycol.
