Claims (3)
- 글라스기판 상에 게이트라인을 형성시키되, 상기 게이트라인에서 분기되어 돌출되도록 게이트전극을 형성하는 공정과,상기 글라스기판 상에 상기 게이트라인에 절연되어 교차하도록 데이터라인을 형성시키되, 상기 데이터라인 일측에 소오스전극 및 상기 소오스전극과 이격되어 대향하도록 드레인전극을 형성하는 공정과,상기 게이트라인과 상기 데이터라인 전면을 덮도록 레진막을 형성하는 공정과,상기 레진막에 상기 드레인전극과 대응된 부분이 대응되지 않은 부분에 비해 최소두께를 가지면서 경사각을 갖도록 하프홀을 형성하는 공정과,상기 레진막 상에 상기 하프홀의 경사면을 덮고, 상기 데이터라인과 일부 오버랩되도록 화소전극을 형성하는 공정을 구비한 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 경사각은 45도인 것이 특징인 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 최소두께는 상기 레진막 총두께의 40% 이상인 것이 특징인 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
