Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A shroud is composed of an upper shroud cover and a lower shroud cover(12). A boss(12a) integrally mounted on an inner portion of the lower shroud cover for being combined to the upper shroud cover. A reinforcing rib(30) is integrally installed on an inner face of the lower shroud cover to prevent a knee of a driver from being damaging in crashing. The reinforcing rib is formed as a lattice shape of a rectangular form to improve stiffness. The reinforcing rib absorbs impact in a crash accident. Thereby, the shroud of a vehicle improves the stiffness of the lower cover through the reinforcing rib mounted in the shroud lower cover. Moreover, the shroud of the vehicle prevents damage of the driver.
