Description

도트 프린트 헤드 조립체{Head assembly of dot-printer head}Dot print head assembly {Head assembly of dot-printer head}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a head assembly of a dot printer, and more particularly, to a head assembly of a dot printer having an improved yoke member for forming a magnetic circuit such that an armature striking the needles is driven by an electromagnetic force.

In general, a dot printer head selectively strikes a plurality of needles that can be reciprocated by a plurality of armatures driven by an electromagnetic force in response to a printing signal, whereby the needles reciprocatingly move the ink sheet. It is driven to print the information on the recording paper by hitting it.

Such a conventional dot printer head is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The dot printer head 100 includes a guide body 10 on which a plurality of needles 20 are slidably supported, and an electromagnet for driving a plurality of armatures 50 so as to strike end portions of each needle 20. 40 and a cover member 70 for maintaining the center of rotation and maintaining the distance between each armature 50.

The front end of the guide body 10 is formed with a plurality of front end guide holes (11) in which the front end of each needle 20 is coupled in a row, the rear end of each of the needle 20 is coupled A plurality of rear end guide holes 12 are formed on the same circumference. On the other hand, the middle of the guide body 10 is coupled to the guide plate 14 formed with a plurality of center guide hole 13 to which the middle portion of each needle 20 is coupled.

The electromagnet 40 includes a plurality of coupling yokes 42 in which the coils 44 are wound and form a magnetic circuit, and a yoke body 41 formed integrally with these coupling yokes 42. The coil 44 is wound around a holder 45 that is coupled to the coupling yoke 42.

On the other hand, the armature 50 is located on the upper portion of the coupling yoke 42 to which the holder 45 is coupled, and the boss 50 is formed on the armature 50 so as to correspond to the end of the coupling yoke 42. . The coupling yoke 42 and the boss 51 are formed in a circular cross section so as to correspond to each other.

Reference numeral 21 is a spring for restoring the needle 20 hit by the armature 50 operated by the driving of the electromagnet 40, reference numeral 80 is a flexible wire for applying a predetermined signal current to the electromagnet.

When the head assembly is selectively supplied with power to each coil 44 according to the printing signal, the boss 51 of the armature 50 is moved toward the coupling yoke 42 by the electromagnetic force, so that the tip of the armature 50 is moved. The needle 20 will be hit by printing.

However, the dot printer head assembly as described above has the following problems.

First, the coupling yoke 42 and the yoke body 41 is made of a casting containing silicon powder, so expensive molds are required. Therefore, there is a problem of cost increase.

Second, as the above casting is manufactured, the end of the coupling yoke 42 is required to be polished after casting. That is, the end of the coupling yoke 42 facing the boss 51 of the armature 50 is required to be polished for stable driving of the armature 50 upon contact with the boss 51 by the electromagnetic force. This lowers productivity.

Third, the boss 51 formed on one side of the armature 50 faces the coupling yoke 42 in a circular cross section, and when the boss 51 is attracted by the generated electromagnetic force, its transmission efficiency is weak.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a dot printer head assembly that the manufacturing cost of the yoke is greatly reduced and the manufacturing process is simplified.

Another object is to provide a head assembly of a dot printer with improved driving force for driving an amateur.
