Abstract

본 고안은 연탄보일러의 뚜껑이 덮어지는 화덕의 윗부분에 뚜껑겸 온수를 사용하게 온수가열기를 간단히 설치하여 손실되는 열을 이용하여 난방의 극대화를 시켰으며 구조를 간단하게 고안하여 누구나 설치를 할 수 있도록 고안된 것이 특징이다.

Description

연탄 보일러 온수 가열기
기존의 연탄보일러는, 옆부분의 열만 난방에 이용하여 온수를 만들어 난방에 이용하여 온수를 만들어 난방에 이용하였습니다. 이번 실용 신안에 접속시킨 착안은 보일러중 열 발생량이 가장 높은 윗 부분 1.5cm부분에 온수가열 장치를 설치하여 뚜껑 대용으로 고안한 것입니다. 본체 보일러 출구에서 나온 온수를 유연성 있는 호수를 통하여 도1의 저온수 입구를 통하여 가열된 연후에 도2의 고온수 출구를 통하여 난방에 사용하게 하였습니다. 연탄보일러에는 보일러자체에서만 고온수를 만들어 난방을 하였으나 본 고안은 뚜껑부분에 열을 이용하여 뚜껑 겸용 온수가열장치를 고안하여 열효율을 배가하였다.
본고안의 특징은 연탄보일러의 자체에서만 온수를 난방에 사용하였으나 보일러 윗부분 뚜껑에서 온수를 발생시켜 난방에 연결하여 사용함으로서 열효율을 배가하고 간단한 설치로 인하여 시설하게 고안하였다.
기존의 연탄보일러에는 뚜껑의 역할만 하였으나 본 열온수가열장치로 인하여맨 윗부분의 열을 활용하여 낭비되는 열을 이용하였으며 간단한 구조로 고안하여 누구나 조작할 수 있도록 고안된 게 특징이다.

본 고안은 연탄보일러의 뚜껑에 온수가열장치를 설치하여 뚜껑자체내에서 온수를 발생시켜 난방에 연결하여 연탄보일러 윗부분의 열을 사용하게 고안되었다.
본 온수 가열기는 기존의 설치된 연탄보일러의 뚜껑에 그대로 덮기만 하면 뚜껑과 온수가열기로 사용할 수 있게 고안되어 있어 효과적이다.

  1. 기존의 연탄보일러에는 일반적으로 뚜껑을 사용하였으나 본 고안은 뚜껑겸 온수가열기로 연탄 보일러 화덕위에 발생되는 열을 이용하여 난방에 간단히 연결하여 사용하게 고안되었으며 본 제품의 재질은 주물, 강판, 스텐레이스로 온수 가열통을 고안하여 만들어진 온수 가열기.
