Description
In order to repair the molten steel pipe, the repair material (Cao, Sio 2 , Mgo, H 2 O) is mixed through spray nozzles (SPRAY NOZZLE) to the defects in the molten steel pipe. The present invention relates to a material mixing device having a spray nozzle preventing function of the spray nozzle, which makes it possible to uniformly mix the repair material and prevent damage of the spray nozzle itself.
The spray nozzle 10 for repairing the conventional molten steel dip tube 20 supplies water through a water pipe 11 installed at one side of the spray nozzle 10, and a material supply pipe is disposed at the bottom thereof, as shown in FIG. (12) and the air supply pipe 13 by spraying the material (Cao, Sio 2 , Mgo) and air used for the repair at high pressure, as the maintenance material and water are mixed by the high-pressure air spray nozzle ( It is distributed to the inside of the molten steel deposition pipe 20 through the outlet of 10 to perform the repair work. However, in the process of spraying the mixed material, the high pressure air and the mixed material hit intensively on the bent portion of the spray nozzle 10, causing damage or bending deformation, and in particular, the material was deposited on the curved deformation part to function again. Of course, there was a problem in that the spray nozzle 10 must be replaced frequently due to the melted hands of the spray nozzle 10.
Therefore, there was an economic loss due to the problem that the spray nozzle 10 must be replaced frequently, and the work could not be efficiently performed due to the stoppage of work and the loss of manpower.
The present invention was devised to solve the above problems and prevents damage to the spray nozzles, as well as preventing spray nozzles from being sprayed with a mixture of materials and a smooth spray pipe. The object is to provide a material mixing device having a function.
The present invention having such a purpose is to form a hollow portion at the center of the hollow portion by installing a disc to change the flow of the mixed material on the pipeline of the spray nozzle through which the mixed material is passed by high pressure air, but at the edge of the hollow portion. By placing a plurality of ribs in the form of a screw along the flow direction of the fluid, the mixed material passes through each rib with partial vortex forming as it passes, improving the mixing rate of the repair material and concentrating the flow velocity. It is characterized by inducing a smooth flow while preventing.

When the present invention as described above will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In a conventional one having a spray nozzle 10, a water pipe 11, a material supply pipe 12, and an air pipe 13 having a bent upper portion, bolted to connect the spray nozzle 10 and the pipe 16 to each other. Between the flange 14 and the flange 14a, a disc 2 having a hollow part 4 having a reduced inner diameter compared to the conduit is provided, and an edge of the hollow part 4 formed in the disc 2 is provided. A plurality of ribs 3 made of screw rods are formed at the site so as to change the flow of the fluid toward the discharge port side of the spray nozzle 10.
Referring to the effect of the present invention configured as described above are as follows.
The present invention, first, as shown in Figure 2, through the water pipe 11 and the pipe 16 is provided with a material supply pipe 12 and the air pipe 13, the water and the repair material and the air at a high pressure material mixing When passing through the hollow portion 4 of the disc 2 constituting the sphere (1), the high-pressure mixed material passes through each of the screw-shaped ribs 3 formed on the edge of the hollow portion (4) In this case, vortices are generated in the mixed material flowing in the pipeline through the contact, so that the mixture flows smoothly with more mixing.
By the above action, the mixed material passing through the screw-shaped ribs 3 is dispersed and lowered in pressure, thus reducing the force against the bent portion of the spray nozzle 10.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage to the spray nozzle 10 as well as there is no fear of accumulation of materials in the bent portion.
The present invention as described above can improve the mixing ratio between the material and water by forming a screw-shaped rib on the passage through which the mixed material passes, thereby preventing damage to the spray nozzle, improving workability, and spraying into molten steel. It is a useful design that can maximize the effect.
