The present invention relates to an automatic balancer of a washing machine, and in particular, to add one more structure to the bottom of the washing tank to reduce the unbalance generated at low speed.
As shown in FIG. 1 of the conventional washing machine, a motor 7 which drives by the control signal of the microcomputer 1 installed on the upper side of the main body 2 and inverts the washing blades in the washing tank 3 left and right, and the motor ( A clutch 6 for rotating the dehydration tank 4 by transmitting the rotational power of 7), a water supply valve 15 for supplying the washing water to the washing tank 3 according to the control signal of the microcomputer 1, and It consists of a drain valve (9) for discharging the washing water in the washing tank (3) through the drain hose (8), and an unbalance detection switch (10) for detecting an imbalance of the dehydration tank (4).
In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes an automatic balance and 12 denotes a sewing machine.
When the washing progress signal is input from the microcomputer 1 in the state configured as described above, the microcomputer 1 drives the water supply valve 15 to supply water and proceed with washing.
When the washing is completed, the microcomputer 1 drives the motor 7 to transmit the rotational force to the washing tank 3 and the dehydrating tank 4 through the clutch 6 to rotate and dewater.
As the dehydration proceeds, the dehydration tank (4) that rotates as the laundry is distributed evenly and if the balance of rotation is well balanced, proceeds to dehydration through smooth acceleration, but if it is unbalanced, it does not accelerate and hits the washing machine body (2). Or rotate irregularly back, forth, left and right.
The microcomputer 2 installs an unbalance detection switch 10 between the washing tank 3 and the washing machine main body 2 to detect the rotational imbalance and strikes a rod-shaped switch according to the shaking. It will detect the degree of. The microcomputer 2 detects an imbalance according to the detected imbalance state and continues to accelerate dehydration if it satisfies the criterion. However, if it is determined that the imbalance is unbalanced, the motor 7 is stopped, water is supplied in a certain amount, and the washing blade 5 is reversed. Rotate to spread the laundry evenly and drain again.
When the drainage is completed, the process of rehydration is carried out again. If an imbalance is detected, the process is repeated several times, and then the washing is stopped and the user is notified.
In order to correct the unbalance during initial dehydration of the conventional washing machine, energy consumption such as water and electricity, washing time are long, and washing machine vibration occurs due to dehydration imbalance, thereby reducing the efficiency of the washing machine.
The present invention has a lower auto balance formed to balance the lower part of the dehydration tank in view of this point, and a connection tube which allows the liquid of the lower auto balance to move to the upper auto balance by centrifugal force, which occurs during initial dehydration operation. And the lower automatic balance 111 was provided with an inclined surface 114 to collect the liquid in one place by centrifugal force.
When the washing tank 103 is stopped or at a low speed, the position of the liquid is located in the lower auto balance 111 as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the centrifugal force is moved to the connecting pipe 113, and as the centrifugal force increases in rotation speed, the liquid moves to the upper auto balance 112 to perform a function of maintaining balance by rotation.
When dehydration is completed and the rotation speed is reduced by stopping the motor 107, the liquid in the upper portion is moved back to the lower automatic balance 111 by its own weight to be in an initial state.
The present invention is designed to prevent the washing machine efficiency decrease by the unbalance of the dehydration tank by installing the automatic balance in the upper and lower portions of the dehydration tank to perform each function smoothly at low speed and high speed.
