Abstract

PURPOSE: A fuel tank for a diesel engine of a vehicle is provided to start an engine smoothly and to inhibit the engine from being stopped during driving a vehicle by preventing paraffin in diesel oil from being accumulated on a fuel filter through a pipe even though the paraffin is deposited at the bottom of a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A fuel tank(30) is formed by an upper and a lower plate(10,20), and a pipe(40) connected to a fuel feed pie(50) is set on a side in the fuel tank. A return pipe(60) is installed on a side of the fuel tank having the pipe. Herein, the pipe is used with a venturi tube available for vertical expanding and contracting. A feed hole(81) is formed at the lower end of the venturi tube type pipe. The feed hole supplies the diesel oil into the pipe as well as expands and contracts the pipe vertically by moving up and down depending on the amount of diesel oil(90) in the fuel tank. The feed hole is connected with a float(80). The float is floated by buoyancy of the diesel oil in the fuel tank. The venturi tube type pipe is expanded and contracted when the float is moved up and down depending on the amount of diesel oil in the fuel tank. After the diesel flows into a fuel filter(70) through the fuel feed pipe from the venturi tube type pipe, paraffin contained in the diesel oil may be deposited at the bottom of the fuel tank. Even though the paraffin is deposited, the paraffin is not supplied to the fuel filter through the pipe. Therefore, an engine is not stopped easily.

Fuel tank for diesel vehicles}Fuel tank for diesel vehicles

The present invention relates to a fuel tank for a diesel vehicle, and more particularly, even when paraffins contained in diesel are deposited on the bottom surface of the fuel tank, the paraffins are prevented from entering and depositing into the fuel filter. It relates to a fuel tank for diesel vehicles.

In general, a diesel vehicle using diesel fuel and a gasoline vehicle using gasoline as fuel are provided with a fuel tank for storing fuel required for driving the vehicle and supplying it to an engine.

Here, in the conventional fuel tank for diesel vehicles, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the upper plate 10 ′ and the lower plate 20 ′ are welded to form a predetermined storage unit 30 ′, and the storage unit 30 ′ is welded. In the inner), a hollow cylindrical pipe 40 'coupled to the fuel supply pipe 50' is intermittently installed at one end thereof, and one side of the storage part 30 'in which the pipe 40' is intermittently installed. The return pipe 60 'is interpolated.

In the conventional fuel tank for diesel vehicles, a predetermined diesel 90 'is stored in a storage part 30' formed by combining the upper plate 10 'and the lower plate 20'.

In addition, the diesel 90 'stored in the storage unit 30' is driven through a fuel supply pipe 50 'through a pipe 40' installed in the storage unit 30 'to be inserted into the storage unit 30'. The diesel 90 'supplied to the fuel filter 70' and the diesel filter 90 'supplied to the fuel filter 70' is provided with an engine (not shown) through a fuel injection pump (not shown) in a state in which dirt such as dust is removed. ') Is being supplied.

On the other hand, the remaining diesel (90 ') is injected into the engine by the fuel injection pump is being stored while being re-introduced into the storage unit 30' through the return pipe 60 '.

However, such a conventional fuel tank for diesel vehicles, even when the amount of diesel 90 'stored in the storage unit 30' is small, in order to supply the diesel 90 'to the engine smoothly, fuel is supplied to one end. Since the other end of the cylindrical pipe 40 'to which the pipe 50' is coupled is installed to be close to the bottom 31 'of the storage part 30', the vehicle may be installed at a low ambient temperature such as in winter. When the engine is started to operate, the paraffin 91 'deposited on the bottom surface 31' of the storage part 30 'is introduced through the pipe 40' and is supplied through the fuel supply pipe 50 '. It is supplied to the fuel filter 70 ', and the paraffin introduced through the fuel supply pipe 50' is deposited on the fuel filter 70 ', so that the diesel 90' is normally overpowered by the engine when the vehicle is running. It will not be able to supply the engine so that it will not start properly when starting the initial engine. Doemeun off course, there is a problem in that the white smoke is generated thereby to excessive damage to the vehicle of the natural environment.
