Abstract

PURPOSE: A water purifier using a titanium photoreactor is provided to improve water quality and destroy various disease-causing germs by inducing photolysis or oxidation on surface of outer quartz tube. CONSTITUTION: An outer quartz tube(6) and an inner quartz tube(7) are spaced by 0.5cm. A photocatalyst(8) coated with titanium dioxide(TiO2) on a nonwoven cloth is inserted between the outer quartz tube(6) and the inner quartz tube(7). A UV(ultraviolet) lamp(9) that illuminates UV ray is inserted inside the inner quartz tube(7). Optical decomposition or oxidation is performed on the surface of the outer quartz tube(6).

본 발명은 저수조, 고가수조, 공업용수 등을 장시간 저장 후 사용함으로 수질의 변화로 인하여 병원균 발생과 각종스러지의 응집 및 수질의 혼탁 등으로 물의 사용 목적에 이용할 수 없는 상태로 수질이 변하게 됨으로 이를 방지하기 위하여 현재 주로 염소를 투입하여 사용하고 있으나 인체에 지장을 초래하고 경제적 부담이 큰 상태에 있어 이를 해결하기 위하여 연구 개발에 전념하여 저비용 고효율의효과를 볼 수 있는 처리 장치를 개발하여 인류의 물공해로부터 해방하고 인간 생명 연장에 기여하고 생산의 원가 절감으로 이익 창출의 극대화를 위하여 본 발명을 하게 됨.The present invention prevents this by changing the water quality in a state that can not be used for the purpose of use of water due to pathogens, flocculation of various sludges and turbidity of the water due to changes in the water quality by using after storing the water tank, high water tank, industrial water, etc. for a long time.
