Abstract

PURPOSE: A washing method of a washing machine is provided to circulate washing water by putting detergent and rotating a washing tub at an initial low level of water and to improve washing performance by reducing detergent solving time. CONSTITUTION: Water and detergent are supplied to a washing tub by passing water through a detergent container in putting the laundry and applying the power. A microprocessor detects the water level of the washing tub continuously by a water level detecting sensor. The microprocessor of the washing machine rotates the washing tub to recirculate water by increasing the RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) of the washing tub in detecting the set water level. The RPM of the washing tub is detected, and the increase of the RPM is controlled. The detergent is dissolved by circulating water and detergent continuously by keeping the set RPM of the washing tub. The present time is detected, and the washing tub is stopped by stopping the rotation of a motor. The microprocessor stops water supply and performs the set washing in case of the water level of the washing tub to be the set water level by detecting the water level of the washing tub.

Description

세탁기의 세탁방법{Method of washing in an electric washing machine}Method of washing in an electric washing machine}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a washing method of a washing machine, and more particularly, to a washing method of a washing machine which is suitable for carrying out a washing administration after sufficiently dissolving a detergent.

The conventional washing machine starts to supply water in a state in which laundry is put in the washing machine. Then, the barrel rotates at a low speed of about 20 rpm, allowing the water to be evenly soaked in the laundry. At the same time, the microprocessor (not shown) of the washing machine senses the water level of the washing tank 1 by using a sensor provided in the washing tank 1. At this time, if the detected water level of the washing tank 1 is a suitable level for proceeding the washing, the microprocessor executes the washing process according to the washing procedure programmed by each manufacturer in advance.

However, such a water supply procedure in a conventional washing machine merely serves to supply water to the water supply and the laundry so that the laundry is wet. Therefore, the detergent added during the washing process did not completely dissolve, so the washing effect was initially weak.

An object of the present invention was created in view of the problems of the prior art, by adding detergent at an initial low water level in a tubular washing machine and rotating the washing tank at high speed to circulate the washing water, thereby reducing the detergent dissolution time. It is to provide a washing method of a washing machine that can improve the washing power.

Washing method of the washing machine according to the present invention to achieve the above object,

세탁조에 물과 세제를 함께 유입시키는 단계와;Introducing water and detergent together into the washing tank;

상기 단계에서 유입되는 수위를 미리 설정된 1차 수위와 비교하는 단계와;Comparing the water level flowing in the step with a predetermined first level;

When the water level of the washing tank reaches a predetermined first level in the step, there is a feature that comprises the step of circulating water by rotating the washing tank at a predetermined motor rotation speed.

Here, in the case where the washing tank is rotated at a preset speed in the microprocessor, the dissolution of the detergent is promoted by continuously circulating the detergent and water while maintaining the set speed.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The washing machine employing the washing method of the washing machine according to the present invention is composed of a washing tank (lnner-tub) 1, an out-tub (2), and the flow path guide (5). In the washing machine having such a configuration, water is spaced between the washing tank 1 and the outer tank 2 through a plurality of dehydration holes (not shown) formed at the side of the theta tank in the washing tank 1 by centrifugal force when the washing tank 1 rotates. When the rotational speed exceeds a predetermined rpm, the water level between the washing tank 1 and the outer tank 2 is increased and flows back into the washing tank 1 through the flow path guide 5.

3 is a graph showing the relationship between the circulation flow rate and the rotation speed in the washing machine employing the washing method of the washing machine according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the present invention, the detergent is recycled with water and the detergent is dissolved when water is recycled.

4 is a graph showing detergent dissolution activation and water supply conductivity according to the present invention and the prior art, respectively.

As shown in Figure 4, it can be seen that the detergent dissolution activation and feedwater conductivity is much superior to the case of the present invention than the conventional case.

5 is a flowchart illustrating an execution process of a washing method of a washing machine according to the present invention.

(S501).Referring to FIG. 5, first, when a user puts laundry into the washing tank 1 and applies power, water passes through a detergent container (not shown) and flows into the washing tank together with the detergent (S501).

(S502~S504).At this time, the microprocessor of the washing machine continuously measures and detects the water level of the washing tank 1 by using the water level sensor attached to the washing tank 1 (S502 to S504).

(S506,S507).When the preset water level is detected, the microprocessor of the washing machine increases the rotation speed of the washing tub 1 to rotate the washing tub 1 at a set speed rpm (S505). The speed at this time proceeds to the rate at which the water is recycled by FIG. In addition, the microprocessor determines the speed of the washing tank 1 so as not to increase the speed anymore to maintain the set speed and to continuously circulate the detergent and water so that the detergent is dissolved (S506, S507).

(S510~S513).Subsequently, the microprocessor of the washing machine determines the current time and stops the rotation of the motor 1 after a predetermined time passes (S508 and S509). At this time, the microprocessor determines the water level of the washing tank 1, and if it is determined that the water level of the washing tank 1 has reached the set washing level, the water supply stops and proceeds with the preset washing stroke (S510 to S513).

According to the present invention as described above, since the detergent can be supplied and dissolved in the water supply time, the washing effect appears quickly, and the washing time can be shorter than before. Therefore, the overall product performance of the washing machine to which the washing method according to the present invention is applied can be greatly improved.
