Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing soju containing calcium and vitamins to provide people with nutrients which are usually deficient in human bodies and to increase the nation's competitiveness by exporting the alcohol. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing soju (Korean whisky) containing calcium and vitamins comprises the following steps of: i) preparing 360ml of soju, 150 μg RE of vitamin A, 1mg TE of vitamin E, 0.3mg of vitamin B¬1, 1.25μg of vitamin D, 20 mg of vitamin C, 0.4mg of vitamin B¬2, 0.65mg of vitamin B¬6, and 500mg of calcium; ii) mixing the soju with vitamin A, B¬1, B¬2, B¬6, C, D, and E and calcium together; and iii) putting the soju containing vitamins and calcium into bottles and packaging them.
