고속 방사 섬유를 이용한 기계 자수용 메탈릭 커버링사와 그 제조방법{Manufacturing method of metalic covering yarn for stich and metalic covering yarn}Metallic covering yarn for machine embroidery using high-speed spinning fiber and its manufacturing method {Manufacturing method of metalic covering yarn for stich and metalic covering yarn}

The present invention relates to a metallic covering yarn for machine embroidery using a high-speed spinning fiber and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a manufacturing method of the metallic covering yarn required for various embroidery operations and to improve the quality of the covering yarn produced thereby. .

Embroidery generally refers to the creation of high value-added products and maximizing decorative effects by embroidering letters, figures, and paintings using threads of various colors on the surface of various woven fabrics. It is largely divided.

The handmade embroidery is often embroidered using various colors of thread on a fabric paper sketched as cross stich,

Particularly, it is used in various ornaments as a part of hobby, and it is produced in small quantities.

On the other hand, the machine embroidery is suitable for large-scale and mass production, such as large carpets or clothing fabrics and towels by using a dedicated machine, and has a feature capable of expressing various patterns.

Such machine embroidery is widely used in high-quality fabrics because it can increase the value of quality as compared to the pattern formation by printing in general.

Machine embroidery as described above uses a variety of colors of threads to achieve a pattern of various shapes required by the consumer,

In the embroidery thread, the texture of the metallic material or metallic covering yarn (metalic covering yarn) of excellent reflectivity is used.

As described above, the metallic covering yarn for expressing the texture of the metallic material is formed on the surface of a conventional synthetic fiber by using a covering process, which is one of the fiber preparation processes, using metallic resin, which will be described in more detail. if,

먼저 합성 섬유는 합성수지인 P.E.T(PolyEthylene Tere phthalate)를 용융하여 이를 방사 속도 약 1,200m/min으로 권취하고,First, the synthetic fiber melts P.E.T (PolyEthylene Tere phthalate), a synthetic resin, and wound it at a spinning speed of about 1,200 m / min.

Subsequently, fibers having an unstable molecular arrangement are produced by F.O.Y (Folly Orienter Yarn), which forms a uniform molecular arrangement through stretching heat treatment 3-5 times through a stretching machine.

Synthetic fiber (FOY) produced through the weaving process as described above is subjected to various processing to modify the mechanical properties of the yarn,

Among them, a twisting process is performed to increase the strength and elongation by giving a certain twist to the yarn, and at the same time as the twisting process, the metallic covering of the metallic material is covered for the manufacture of the metallic covering yarn which shows the metal texture.

The yarn subjected to the twisting and covering process as described above retains the mechanical properties of the metallic covering yarn required for machine embroidery through a setting process under high temperature and high pressure steam to maintain the processing state.

However, the metallic covering yarn, which has been subjected to the weaving yarn and the covering process by producing a synthetic fiber through a conventional method as described above,

Due to the excessive shrinkage rate of the synthetic fibers after the processing of about 8-9%, the surface adhesion of the covered metallic material before and after the processing was significantly lowered, which caused a problem of uneven surface of the yarn.

As described above, the surface deviation of metallic surface due to excessive shrinkage of synthetic fibers significantly decreases the feel of the processed surface after embroidering, and the value of the product decreases as well as the cutting surface of the metallic covering yarn. It had a problem of breaking and causing a decrease in productivity.

Thus, the material of the synthetic fiber covered with metallic was replaced with Viscose Rayon having a shrinkage ratio of about 2-3%, and used as a metallic covering yarn required for machine embroidery.

However, the metallic covering yarn using viscose rayon also has a significantly low shrinkage, so there is no shape deformation after processing.

The cost of raw materials was several times higher than that of general synthetic fibers, which made it difficult to generate economic profits.

Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the various problems described above by adopting a method of spinning by a high-speed spinning of synthetic fibers covered with metallic rather than the general spinning speed,

By reducing the shrinkage rate of synthetic fiber by various mechanical processing to the viscose rayon level, it not only reduces manufacturing cost and maximizes the economic profit generation.

The purpose is to improve the quality of embroidery and increase productivity through high quality metallic covering yarn.

Metal embroidery covering machine for the present invention to achieve the above object is to be formed through the process of covering the metallic metallic to the synthetic fiber produced through high-speed spinning,

The synthetic fiber covered with the metallic is wound by spinning the synthetic resin (PET) by melt spinning method so that the spinning speed is about 6,000m / min through the nozzle.

The synthetic fibers produced through the high-speed spinning do not require a separate drawing process, which means that the high-speed spinning method has a uniform molecular arrangement compared to conventional spinning.

상기와 같이 고속방사를 통해 제조된 합성 섬유는;Synthetic fiber produced through high-speed spinning as described above;

Metallic metal is formed on the outside through the covering process simultaneously with the yarn weaving process of synthetic fibers in order to create a metallic covering yarn that can express the metallic texture of the pattern embroidered during machine embroidery.

As described above, the metallic covering yarn for machine embroidery using the high-speed spinning fiber of the present invention has various advantages as compared to the metallic covering yarn manufactured using conventional spinning fiber.

In the table below, the characteristics of the synthetic fiber produced through the normal spinning and the high-speed spinning,

The strength, elongation, and initial modulus of elasticity show a very small difference between the normal spinning fiber and the high speed spinning fiber phase, whereas the dye absorption rate is superior to the dyeing of the high speed spinning fiber considering that the general spinning fiber is a high pressure condition.

In addition, the shrinkage rate is significantly lower than that of the general spinning fiber, and the shrinkage rate is about 2-3% which is almost the same as that of the metallic covering yarn using viscose rayon.

As described above, the shrinkage after processing of the yarn while using a general synthetic resin shows almost the same shrinkage as that of viscose rayon.

This is shown in the comparison of the non-shrinkage rate of the yarn according to the spinning speed as shown in Graph 1 below.

1><Graph 1>

Correlation between non-shrinkage rate and spinning speed

As described above, the metallic covering yarn manufactured using the high-speed spinning fiber has a fine shrinkage even after undergoing various processes of changing the mechanical properties of the yarn, thereby suppressing the surface detachment phenomenon of the metallic,

As a result, the uniform surface distribution of the metallic covering yarn prevents the quality improvement and the cutting off of the embroidery product, thereby achieving the productivity by the continuous production flow.

The metallic covering yarn for machine embroidery using the high-speed spinning fiber and the manufacturing method of the present invention as described above can achieve a low shrinkage rate, which is characterized by expensive viscose rayon as a raw synthetic resin as a raw material,

It is a useful invention that induces the high quality of metallic covering company and realizes the high value added of embroidery products and the profit creation by productivity improvement.
