Abstract

PURPOSE: A device for germinating seeds by controlling the temperature of water in a state where seeds are soaked in water and supplying oxygen is provided which promotes a germinating speed, improves a germinating rate and reduces a number of vessels to be used and man power. CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a corporate body of a temperature controller (6) and an air pump (7) or a corporate body of the temperature controller, the air pump and a heater (8) as a main body, a corporate body of the heater and an air dispersing device (9) and the air dispersing device.
