CONSTITUTION: A digital stethoscope for self-diagnosis works by using stethoscopic sounds which are inherent by diseases. The stethoscope is run by a principle of regulating vibration of sounds generated from respective parts of a human body into specific sound waves inherent according to a kind of diseases, converting the sound waves into electrical signals and digitalizing and storing them. The digitalized signals are further reproduced to compare themselves with stethoscopic sounds by patient. The digital stethoscope comprises an Analog-Digital converter and a Digital-Analog converter, a storage medium, a sound collecting tube and a small microphone.

Description

질환별 고유 청진음을 이용한 자가 진단형 디지털 청진기{A digital stethoscope with which a patient diagnoses his sickenss using stehtoscopic sound characterized by diseas}A digital stethoscope with which a patient diagnoses his sickenss using stehtoscopic sound characterized by diseas}

The present invention relates to a stethoscope for self-diagnosis examination. More specifically, a stethoscope capable of diagnosing the vibrations of sounds generated in each part of the patient's body into characteristic sound waves for each disease, converting them into electrical signals, digitizing, storing and regenerating them, and comparing them with their own stethoscope sounds It is about.

Conventional stethoscopes, first of all, can not listen to the stethoscope other than the doctor can hear the stethoscope, the diagnosis can vary depending on the skill and subjectivity of the doctor listening to the stethoscope, patients even if you want to hear the sound that occurs in their body Second, it is impossible to record a stethoscope sound, and various stethoscope sounds that doctors hear are recorded in medical terminology, but the sound itself is not stored. Third, auscultation in a noisy environment is impossible, so it is not possible to use stethoscopes in ambulances or helicopters to transport emergency patients with conventional stethoscopes, even in battles where battles are taking place, and even in pediatrics where children are crying. Fourthly, in medical education, several students at the same time Because they can't listen together, students can't confidently diagnose their stethoscopes, and professors can't accurately assess their ability to read stethoscopes. Except for the large part of the site and a few large arteriovenous veins, there are not many parts available. Sixth, it cannot be used for telemedicine. Therefore, the exchange of auscultation sound is essential for various telemedicine recently attempted through internet and high-speed communication network. Seventh, traditional stethoscopes cannot send stethoscopes to remote doctors. Seventh, conventional stethoscopes cannot analyze stethoscope sounds and compare them with the stethoscope sounds of diagnosed diseases. It was very difficult.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is to formulate a stethoscope sound of a patient who has already been diagnosed to a characteristic sound wave having a disease, and to digitize and store it as data so that the self-diagnosis can be compared with the stethoscope sound of one's own. In addition, there is also a feature of the invention to reproduce the diagnostic information stored in the storage medium to visually see or amplify and listen, wireless transmission to send to a remote location, and to utilize the computer.

The disease is characterized by its type, and congenital heart disease or heart valve disease (e.g., atrial septal defect (FIG. 1), ventricular septal defect (FIG. 2)) can be seen in FIG. 1 and FIG. It shows that it has its own auscultation and its characteristic sound waves are also known as bullous sound when pneumonia and wheezing sound when bronchial asthma. Therefore, the noise of the heart and lungs and the arteriovenous veins of each part of the body are recorded from the patients who have already been diagnosed and the characteristics are analyzed. The sound is input to the medium (5), and the sound is converted into a digital signal by an analog-digital converter (3) and stored. Since the present invention can be derived, the present invention provides a diagnostic digital stethoscope that self-diagnoses using a unique stethoscope sound for each disease in the following steps.

After analyzing the stethoscope sound recorded from the patient who has already been diagnosed, it is characterized by the characteristic sound wave which has for each disease, and then converted into a digital signal by an analog-digital converter and stored in the storage medium (5) in advance.
