Claims (5)
- 유로의 절환에 의해 유체압기기를 제어하는 복수의 전자밸브와, 개폐하는 릴레이로 전기기기를 제어하는 1개이상의 릴레이장치와, 집합상태로 연이어 설치되어 각각의 탑재면 상에 상기 각 전자밸브 및 릴레이장치가 개별적으로 탑재된, 실질적으로 동일한 구성을 가진 복수의 매니폴드 블록을 포함하고,상기 복수의 매니폴드 블록이 각각, 상기 전자밸브에 압력유체를 공급하기 위한 복수의 통과구멍이 개구하는 상기 탑재면과, 상기 전자밸브에 설치된 수전커넥터를 접속하기 위한 급전커넥터를 보유하고,상기 릴레이장치가, 상기 매니폴드 블록의 탑재면 상에 그 블록의 횡폭 내에서 탑재가능하도록 형성된 하우징과, 그 하우징에 내장된 전기식으로 개폐하는 상기 릴레이와, 상기 매니폴드 블록의 급전커넥터에 접속가능한 수전커넥터와, 상기 탑재면 상의 각 통과구멍을 닫는 밀봉부를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴레이장치를 구비한 매니폴드형 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 릴레이장치의 하우징이, 상기 전자밸브와 실질적으로 동일한 외형형상을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴레이장치를 구비한 매니폴드형 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 릴레이장치의 하우징이 커버로 기밀하게 닫혀진 중공부를 보유하고 있어서, 이 중공부 내에 상기 릴레이가 봉입되고, 그 하우징의 길이방향의 일단면은 상기 릴레이를 전기기기에 접속하기 위한 출력면으로 되어 있어서, 그 출력면에서, 상기 릴레이로 통하는 코드 또는 커넥터가 기밀하게 시일된 상태로 외부로 도출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴레이장치를 구비한 매니폴드형 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 매니폴드 블록이, 상기 탑재면 상의 각 통과구멍에 연이어 통하여 매니폴드 블록끼리의 접합에 의해 각 블록 사이에서 서로 연이어 통하는 복수의 유체유로와, 상기 전자밸브제어용 전력 및 시리얼신호를 전송하기 위한 서로 전기접속된 암수의 커넥터를 보유하고, 이 중 수커넥터는 상기 매니폴드 블록의 한쪽의 측면에 설치되고, 암커넥터는 반대측의 측면에 설치되어 있어서, 매니폴드 블록끼리를 접합하면 인접하는 매니폴드 블록의 수커넥터와 암커넥터가 서로 결합되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴레이장치를 구비한 매니폴드형 전자밸브.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매니폴드 블록의 연이어 설치된 끝에 각 매니폴드 블록에 압력유체를 공급하기 위한 급배블록이 설치됨과 아울러, 그 급배블록에, 제어수단으로부터 보내진 상기 전력 및 시리얼신호를 상기 매니폴드 블록의 커넥터에 공급하기 위한 중계유닛이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴레이장치를 구비한 매니폴드형 전자밸브.
