Description

천연한지의 질감을 갖는 바닥재의 제조방법{Method for preparing material for floor construction having feeling of Korean paper}Method for preparing material for floor construction having feeling of Korean paper}

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flooring material having a natural Hanji texture, and more specifically, by laminating a TiO 2 layer on the upper layer of the flooring material sequentially laminated from the bottom to the base layer, the middle layer, the upper layer, and the like. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flooring material having a texture of natural paper that can suppress the sharpness of printing and the peeling phenomenon of the printing layer while maintaining the texture of the sheet.

In general, architectural flooring has been required for various functionalities and decoration because it is a practical living space for humans. Therefore, the role of flooring, which was only the floor finishing of the conventional simple building, has been diversified and multiplexed as the living standard is increased and the residential living environment is improved.

Accordingly, various materials may be added to the flooring having a structure that is sequentially stacked from the bottom to the base layer, the foaming layer, the impregnating layer, the printing layer, the upper layer and the UV coating layer, or the above configurations may be changed to satisfy various consumer needs. Taking advantage of the various properties of the flooring material that can be used to obtain a decorative flooring and a flooring that highlights the functionality has been used for its purpose.

Looking at the conventional general flooring material, Korean Utility Model Publication No. 95-9683 describes the opaque pearl pigment powder pearl chips, aluminum particles, spherical on the foam layer in the flooring material laminated sequentially the substrate layer, foam layer, printed layer, and transparent layer Background Art A flooring material having a variety of three-dimensional feelings formed by laminating and embossing an opaque decorative material-containing layer containing particles and the like, and applying a transparent layer, a printing layer, another transparent layer, and a pollution-resistant treatment layer thereon has been described.

In addition, Korean Patent Publication No. 96-4517 discloses that the surface layer is composed of an ultraviolet paint layer and a transparent PVC film layer which is excellent in scratch resistance and stain resistance, and can have an antistatic effect and a gloss effect. It consists of a special synthetic fiber sheet, which is given a natural fiber shape of material texture, and a gravure print film which is laminated on the upper or lower part of the transfer layer, or a direct gravure print or rotary print layer, and the lower layer under the middle layer is used. According to the purpose, the PVC flooring material is classified and attached to the cushioning material and non-cushioning material.

On the other hand, as a bedroom flooring of the house is often used a flooring having a texture of natural paper, such flooring is printed on the glass mat as a base material to express the texture of natural paper, and then the top and bottom of the printing layer Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets are prepared by plywood. However, when printing directly on a mat made of glass fiber, which is a base material, the surface of the glass mat is not flat, so that the printing ink is partially buried in the base material, resulting in poor print clarity, and it is difficult to express the coarse thread powder. In addition, the laminated flooring material has a weak bonding force in the portion of the printing layer composed of glass mat, and there is a possibility that peeling occurs between the upper layer and the lower layer.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems to increase the sharpness of printing, freely express the thick thread portion can be expressed similar to the texture of natural paper mulberry paper, natural paper that can solve the peeling phenomenon caused by the printing layer It is to provide a method of manufacturing a flooring having a texture of.

In the manufacturing method of the present invention for achieving the above object in the method of manufacturing a flooring having a texture of natural paper, after coating the coating composition containing titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) on one side of the glass mat, a transparent resin sol It is made by depositing on and solidifying, and forming a printing layer in the upper or lower surface of the said resin layer, and using it as an upper limb layer.

1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a flooring having a texture of natural paper according to the prior art,

2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a flooring having a texture of natural paper according to the present invention,

3 is a longitudinal sectional view of a flooring having a texture of natural paper according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Generally, the flooring consists of a base layer, an intermediate layer (foaming layer, impregnation layer and / or compact layer), a top layer, a printing layer and a UV coating layer. The present invention relates to the upper layer and the printed layer. On the other hand, as shown in Figure 1, the flooring having a texture of the existing natural paper using a glass mat made of glass fibers as the base component of the upper layer. The glass mat contains glass fibers and natural fibers, and thus exhibits the same texture as natural paper mulberry. However, as described above, since the surface of the glass mat is transparent and not flat, when the printed layer is directly formed thereon, the print layer is inferior in vividness, and there is a possibility that the bonding force is weak and peeled off.

Therefore, in the present invention, after coating the coating composition containing titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) on one side of the glass mat, it is solidified by immersion in a transparent resin sol, and then the printing layer on the upper or lower surface of the resin layer It is formed and used as an upper layer.

The coating composition is composed of 5 to 30% by weight of titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ), 40 to 55% by weight of an organic solvent and 30 to 40% by weight of a copolymer. The titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) is used as a white pigment, methyl ethyl ketone is preferred as the organic solvent, but is not limited thereto. The copolymer may be an acrylic copolymer. If the amount of the titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) is less than 5% by weight, hiding power is lowered, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, printability is deteriorated.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the flooring of the present invention is coated with a coating composition containing the titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) on the upper surface of the glass mat, and then solidified by depositing in a transparent resin sol, and then the resin layer A printing layer is formed on the upper surface of the substrate to be used as the upper limb layer. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the base layer, the intermediate layer, and the upper layer (glass mat layer, titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) layer, transparent resin layer, and printing layer) are sequentially stacked.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the flooring of the present invention is coated with a coating composition containing the titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) on the lower surface of the glass mat, and then solidified by depositing in a transparent resin sol, the resin layer A printing layer is formed on the upper surface of the substrate to be used as the upper limb layer. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the base layer, the intermediate layer, and the upper limb layer (titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) layer, glass mat layer, transparent resin layer, and printing layer) are sequentially stacked.

On the other hand, the titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) layer can be easily laminated through the gravure printing method, the thickness is preferably 30 ~ 50㎛ in terms of printability and hiding power.

The flooring manufactured in this way is because one side of the glass mat is coated with titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ), the fiber texture of the glass mat is clearly displayed. Therefore, when printing on the glass mat coated with a transparent resin layer, it is possible to obtain a natural paper texture with excellent clarity of printing. In addition, the flooring produced through the plywood of the printed layer and a plurality of transparent resin layers (PVC layer) thus produced is not peeling phenomenon.

In addition, the base layer and the intermediate layer of the flooring according to the invention may comprise all known functional ingredients, for example copper, ocher, charcoal and the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
