The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display module used in a computer, and more particularly, to a ground plate that can improve the ground structure of the liquid crystal display module.

Computers can be classified into various types such as desktop computers and portable computers. Computers are basically provided with an input device, a storage device, a computing device, and an image display device for displaying the calculation results of the computing device.

Cathode ray tubes (CRTs) are mainly used for image displays or monitors, and liquid crystal displays (LCDs) are mainly used for portable computers.

Recently, the liquid crystal display device with less eye fatigue and little electromagnetic wave generation has been used in place of the CRT in desktop computers, and this distinction is becoming thinner.

The present invention relates to an image display device that can be applied to various computers as described above, and more particularly, to a coupling structure of a liquid crystal display device including a light distribution device and an LCD panel.

1 is a detailed exploded view of a conventional liquid crystal display module according to the present invention. As shown, the liquid crystal display module 110 is divided into a light distribution device 114 and a liquid crystal panel 112. The 114 and the liquid crystal panel 112 are supported by the main frame 115 and the top frame 116. The reflector plate 114f and the light guide plate 114e and the diffusion or protection sheet 114d and the first prism sheet 114c and the second prism sheet 114b and the diffusion or protection sheet 114a on the main frame 115 made of plastic. And the liquid crystal panel 112 are sequentially stacked. On the other hand, the main frame 115 is coupled to the top frame 116 of the metal material on the upper side of the liquid crystal panel 112.

In more detail, the liquid crystal panel 112 includes a printed circuit board 101 which is a driving circuit of the liquid crystal panel along an edge thereof, and a lamp housing (1) of one side of the reflecting plate 114e. 113 is located.

On the other hand, the main frame is also called a main supporter, and the top frame is also called a top case.

Since the electromagnetic wave is generated in the PCB 101 and the lamp housing 113 of the liquid crystal display module, it should be grounded in order to prevent deterioration of the operation characteristics of the device due to noise. do.

2 is a plan view of the display unit of the liquid crystal display device module, and a rear view thereof is shown in FIG. 4, and a conventional grounding structure will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.

2 is a detailed cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, wherein the lamp housing 113 is mounted on an upper portion of the main frame 115, and an outer vertical portion of the main frame 115 is formed along the outer edge of the lamp housing 113. Since it is located, the ground plate 111 connected to the lower portion of the lamp housing 113 is bent and grounded with the top frame 116 past the outer vertical portion 115a of the main frame 115. At this time, the ground plate 111 is naturally a metal plate, and the top frame and the grounded portion 111a are bent to contact each other using elasticity. Here, reference numeral 112 denotes a liquid crystal panel.

Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 4, which is a rear view of the LCD module, referring to the ground relationship between the PCB and the top frame, as shown in the drawings, the two PCBs 101a and 101b may each have a top through the conductive tape 118. It is grounded with the frame 116.

However, in the conventional grounding structure as described above, the lamp housing and the top frame are grounded as shown in FIG. 3, and as shown in FIG. This lowers the number of parts, increases the number of parts, and degrades disassembly.

In particular, the use of conductive tapes may result in poor disassembly and assembly.

The present invention is to improve the grounding structure of the conventional liquid crystal display module as described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display module having a grounding structure that can increase the disassembly assembly.

In the present invention, by simultaneously grounding the PCB, the lamp housing and the top frame, and do not use a conductive tape to improve the disassembly assembly and increase the productivity.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same and similar reference numerals are given to the same and similar elements as before.

5 is a schematic perspective view of a grounding plate according to the present invention, wherein the grounding plate 10 electrically connecting the PCB, the top frame, and the lamp housing has a T-shape as a whole and is electrically connected to the lamp housing. It has a 1 connection part 11, the 2nd connection part 21 electrically connected with PCB, and the 3rd connection part 31 electrically connected with the top frame.

As shown, the ends of each connecting portion 11, 21, 31 are in the form of a number of branches branching out of the body, which may also be referred to as a finger or a bar. In the following description, the branches 12, 22, and 33 are collectively called. This increases the elasticity to be combined with the lamp housing, the top frame, and the PCB, and the safety of grounding is possible because one branch, which is made of metal, may be bent in an undesired direction by a certain impact and the other branch may be contacted even if the contact is broken. It is also necessary for.

Each branch 12, 22, 33 is formed to be generally arranged in parallel, it is advantageous for the convenience of manufacturing, and may ensure the uniformity of the product, but is not limited thereto.

The ends of each branch 12 of the first connection portion 11 connected to the lamp housing are bent to protrude downwardly in the drawing, and near the ends of each branch 31 of the second connection portion 21 connected to the PCB. There is a difference in that it is curved to project upwardly in the figure.

On the other hand, the third connecting portion 31 connected to the top frame includes a bent portion 32 and the elastic portion 33 of the end of the bent portion, the bent portion 32 is bent about 90 degrees from the body, The bent portion has an open portion 34 to facilitate bending by reducing the area to be bent. After bending, the elastic part 33, that is, the plurality of branches, at the end of the bent part 32 is folded and folded again in the direction of the bent part at a predetermined angle.

This is to facilitate the contact with the top frame by using the elastic restoring force that the elastic portion 33 is to restore again.

In the above, the contact portion, that is, the branch of each connection portion is protruded and bent, but is partially folded, but this is an example, and the shape of the contact portion is not a limitation of the present invention, of course.

On the other hand, the ground plate 10 is to be fixed to the main frame, there may be a variety of coupling methods, in this embodiment is formed with a screw hole 40 for screw coupling with the main frame.

FIG. 6 is a partial rear view of the ground plate of FIG. 5 applied to a liquid crystal display module. The liquid crystal display module includes a PCB 101 driving a liquid crystal panel, a main frame supporting a liquid crystal panel, and a light distribution device. 115 and the main frame 115 and the top frame 116 supporting the liquid crystal display is shown. A portion of the module, which is arranged in the lower length direction and is indicated by a dotted line, shows a lamp housing 113 that provides light to the liquid crystal panel.

The T-shaped ground plate according to the present invention is screw-coupled through a screw hole, and the branch position of the end of the first connection portion is connected to the first housing 11 and the lamp housing 113 of the ground plate 10. The ground frame 119 is formed in the main frame 115. As shown in FIG. 5, the end of the branch 12 of the first connector 11 is bent to protrude toward the lamp housing 113, so that the lamp housing 113 is disposed through the ground hole 119 of the main frame 115. ).

Referring to FIG. 7, which is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 6, a second connecting portion 22 electrically connected to the PCB 101 and a third connecting portion 31 connected to the top frame 116 will be described.
