본 발명은 유체를 동익에 분사시켜 그 운동에너지를 회전운동으로 바꾸게 한 선반등의 대형 엔진으로 사용하고 있는 터어빈과 같은 주조물 내의 냉각수로(관로) 형성 공법에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 이상과 같은 공법을 시행하게 되면 종래와 같이 드릴작업과 드릴 공 매입작업을 실시하지 않아도 된다. 그리고 본 발명의 공법은 터어빈의 "S"형 냉각수로(관로)를 설명한 것이나, 이의 관로가 "S"형에 국한되지 않고, 드릴 작업이 힘든 "U"형이나 "V"형의 관로형성의 경우에도 적용된다. 그리고 주물대신 열경화성수지등의 합성수지나 석고등의 조형물을 주조형식으로 성형틀내에 주입하면 성형된 제품내에 다양한 형상의 곡선관로를 형성할 수 있는 것이다.If the above-described method is implemented, it is not necessary to perform the drilling work and the drill ball buying work as in the prior art.
