Claims (6)
- 유입구1와 배출구2를 갖는 몸체8와, 유체흐름을 제어하기 위하여 유입구1와배출구2 사이에서 이동되는 플러그7와, 플러그7가 내측에 밀착되어 이동되는 다수의 구멍과 홈으로 형성된 케이지3를 포함하는 밸브5에 있어서,플러그7와 밀착되는 다수의 구멍28과 턱51이 축방향과 반경방향으로 일정하게 형성된 내측 원통25과, 축방향과 반경방향으로 일정하게 다수의 구멍28을 가진 외측 원통22과, 내,외측 원통25,22 사이에 중첩 결합되어 축방향으로 직각단면엘보우와 리세스 홈을 형성하는 다수의 요철홈27과 상기 요철홈27에 다수의 구멍28이 형성된 내부 원통23과, 축방향과 반경방향으로 일정하게 다수의 구멍28을 가지며 상기 내부 원통23사이에 결합되는 내부 원통24과, 내,외측 원통25,22과 내부 원통23,24을 상하단에서 밀착결합하는 받침판21,26으로 이루어진 케이지3와,하부 선단에 시트9와 접촉하는 밀봉부102와 개폐부103가 형성되고, 개폐부103 상부의 홈104을 통해 유체흐름통로 개폐부103과 연통되는 수 개의 구멍105으로 구성되어 상기 케이지3 내측에서 이동하면서 시트9를 개폐하고 유체 흐름을 제어하는 플러그7, 플러그7에 내접하는 시트9를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 유체흐름 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유체가 유입되는 원통22,24,25의 유체흐름통로 구멍28과 내부 원통23의 요철홈27간의 측면 거리의 크기32는 다른 원통22,24,25의 유체흐름통로 구멍28과 요철홈27의 측면 거리의 크기33 또는 직각단면엘보우31 통로의 측면거리의 크기34 보다 작거나 같도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 유체흐름 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이지3는 내측 원통25과 하부 받침판26이 일체로 형성되고 외측 원통22과 상부 받침판21이 일체로 형성되어 상하로 결합할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 유체흐름 제어장치.
- 유입구1와 배출구2를 갖는 몸체8와, 유체흐름을 제어하기 위하여 유입구1와배출구2 사이에서 이동되는 플러그7와, 플러그7가 내측에 밀착되어 이동되는 다수개의 구멍과 홈으로 형성된 케이지3를 포함하는 밸브5에 있어서,상하로 적층 결합되는 상하부 원반111,112과, 상하부 원반111,112 사이에 형성되어 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 수 개의 홈113,114으로 이루어진 유체흐름 저항장치110를 가지며, 하부 원반111에는 내,외측에 턱115,116이 형성되어 구성되는 케이지3를 포함하고, 상기 홈113,114은 직각단면엘보우117,117',117a,117a'가 연속되며, 직각단면엘보우117,117',117a,117a'에는 안쪽 직각부의 턱124,125과, 상기 턱124,125 맞은 편의 턱124'125'으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 유체흐름 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 케이지3는 한 장의 원반135에 직각단면엘보우가 반복되는 홈136을 형성하고 턱137을 구비한 것을 적층 결합하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 유체흐름 제어장치.
- 유입구1와 배출구2를 갖는 몸체8와, 유체흐름을 제어하기 위하여 유입구1와배출구2 사이에서 이동되는 플러그7와, 플러그7가 내측에 밀착되어 이동되는 다수개의 구멍과 홈으로 형성된 케이지3를 포함하는 밸브5의 구성에 있어서,원통형으로 되고, 유체의 흐름통로인 여러 개의 구멍42과 돌출홈43, 턱44이 다단으로 형성된 유체흐름 저항장치40와 일체로 된 시트41와,상기 돌출홈43과 턱44에 부합되어 원주방향으로 틈새45를 가지고 삽입될 수 있는 홈48과 턱46을 가진 플러그7를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 유체흐름 제어장치.
