상기의 표 1에서 보면, 알란토인의 함량이 일회용 기저귀 액체투과성 상부시트 중량의 0.05%이상 적용하였을 경우(실시예 1∼7)에 알란토인을 적용하지 않은 공지의 일회용 기저귀(비교예 2) 및 알란토인의 함량이 0.05% 미만인 경우(비교예 1) 대비 아기 피부의 짓무름예방에 월등히 우수한 효과를 검증할 수 있었다. 그러나 아기 피부의 짓무름 예방에 있어서 우수한 효과를 얻기 위해서 바람직하게는 알란토인의 성분 함량이 일회용 기저귀의 상부시트 총 중량에 0.1%이상 적용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 실시예 7에서는 알란토인의 성분 함량이 상부 시트 총 중량의 11%적용하였을 경우이며 이는 아기 피부 짓무름 발생 예방 효과는 우수하나 알란토인의 양을 액체투과성 상부시트에 적용하는데 분진 발생 등의 손실 함량이 커서 원가부담이 상승되고, 공정 적용중에 분진에 의한 다른 부작용이 발생되어 바람직하지 못하였다.In Table 1 above, when the content of allantoin is 0.05% or more of the weight of the disposable permeable liquid permeable top sheet (Examples 1 to 7), the known disposable diapers without the allantoin (Comparative Example 2) and allantoin When the content is less than 0.05% (Comparative Example 1) was able to verify the excellent effect on the prevention of sores of baby skin.
