Description
The present invention relates to formwork used at construction sites.
Unless otherwise indicated herein, the matters described in this identification are not prior art to the claims of this application, and are not acknowledged to be prior art by being described in this identification.
A bridge is a civil engineering structure built across rivers, valleys, etc., and is largely composed of a lower structure that acts as a pillar installed vertically on the floor and an upper structure that is installed on top of the lower structure and acts as a bridge for people or cars to move.
Here, the superstructure refers to a structure that combines multiple girders and a plate-shaped slab, and the girders are mainly used as I-beams that connect two piers that are separated from each other. Formwork is always used to create these concrete structures. Formwork is a temporary structure that cures and supports unhardened concrete until it reaches the desired strength. Formwork connects the girders in the superstructure, and it not only serves as a basic framework for concrete, but also serves as a path for workers to move, so there is a high need for it to be firmly installed.
However, while the size of the piers and the gap between girders are not constant, the existing formwork is manufactured to a certain size, so there are many problems such as remodeling the formwork or unstable installation.
In this regard, Korean Patent No. 10-1678997 discloses a structure in which the gap in formwork panels installed between girders can be partially adjusted. However, there is a realistic limitation that a considerable amount of work is involved in that each form panel must be adjusted with frame fixing bolts and then the auxiliary panel covering it must be cut to size.
The aim is to provide a formwork with improved convenience so that the user can freely adjust the overall length to suit the installation environment and facilitate installation.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a form according to an embodiment of the present specification, and Figure 2 is an exploded view of the form shown in Figure 1. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the formwork includes a
FIG. 3 is an exploded view and an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main panel shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the auxiliary panel shown in FIG. 2. Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the
The
The main
In a preferred embodiment, the
The
In addition, the
FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the auxiliary panel shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view and a state of use of the auxiliary panel shown in FIG. 2. Referring to Figures 4 and 5, the
The
The
The auxiliary
The connecting
The connecting
Although not shown, in another embodiment, a structure is possible in which a connecting rod is coupled from the end of the main panel toward an auxiliary panel, and a guide rail is formed on the auxiliary panel so that the connecting rod can be inserted into the auxiliary panel.
Figure 5 is a partial cross-sectional view and a state of use of the form shown in Figure 1. Hereinafter, the operation method of the formwork of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 5.
Once the overall length of the formwork is determined, other adjacent formworks are also adjusted to have the same length through the same process as above. The adjacent formwork has a
