The present invention is an A2O reaction system that removes nitrogen, phosphorus, organic matter, and moisture from raw sewage and wastewater and separates them in the form of solids. More specifically, it is a sludge treatment device, an anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, sedimentation tank, and the inside of the sludge treatment device. About the A2O reaction system that maximizes the removal efficiency of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus contained in the incoming raw water by utilizing the separation membrane module comprised in will be.
In general, as the sewage penetration rate increases and the amount of sewage flowing into public sewage treatment facilities increases, the amount of sewage sludge generated during the treatment process also tends to increase.
Sewage treatment sludge has been completely banned from being discharged into the sea since January 1, 2012, and all of the sewage sludge is being processed on land. Accordingly, dry incineration and resource conversion, biogas and power generation sludge concentration, drying, incineration, and resource conversion, i.e. carbonization, Onshore processing costs, such as biogas production and power generation, are increasing.
In addition, in the sludge dehydration process, inorganic coagulants such as aluminum sulfate, polyaluminium chloride, and polymer coagulants are used to separate moisture and solids, which further increases the cost due to the burden of chemical costs and the increase in the amount of chemical sludge.
In addition, the explosive chemicals added in the sludge treatment system not only cause problems such as whitening, scale formation, and pipe corrosion during post-treatment processes such as drying and incineration, but also some unreacted chemicals are discharged into rivers, etc. along with the discharged water. It is having a negative impact on the water system.
Meanwhile, in order to treat the high-concentration dewatered filtrate generated in the sludge dehydration process, it was returned to the front of the bioreactor or a separate concentrated water treatment process was installed.
However, this is known to cause an increase in construction and maintenance costs due to an increase in the treatment capacity of the biological reactor, or to cause various problems in biological reactions, and when a separate concentrated water treatment process is installed, additional construction and maintenance costs are incurred.
In addition, currently, belt press dewatering process, centrifugal dewatering process, screw dewatering process, and filter press dewatering process are commonly used in sludge concentration dewatering processes. All of the above processes incur high maintenance costs due to the use of many chemicals and power. Furthermore, the need for a sludge storage tank, a sludge thickening tank, and a dewatered filtration water storage tank increased the overall construction cost, and additional equipment, facility, and maintenance costs were required, causing many problems in economic feasibility.
Lastly, the sludge separation process was difficult to operate, requiring a large number of separate dedicated personnel, and problems occurred frequently due to frequent breakdowns.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to adsorb and filter only sludge solids, which are the remaining residue excluding water, among the sludge contained in sewage and wastewater, and to discharge the filtered water into a nearby river. As explained in detail earlier, the system of the present invention performs degassing through one device and returns highly concentrated sludge to the anaerobic tank to increase reaction efficiency, and at the same time utilizes a separation membrane module to discharge excess sludge with a lower moisture content compared to the prior art. there is. In addition, since there is no need for a separate sludge storage/concentration facility, the capacity of the post-treatment facility can be reduced, which has an economic advantage in terms of facility cost reduction.
In addition, it is efficient because the suction pressure of the suction pump allows the sludge to be discharged directly into a nearby river through the filtrate suction pipe, and there is no need for chemicals added for sludge treatment, so it is discharged into rivers, etc. along with the effluent, making it safe for the water system. Environmental problems can be improved by solving problems that have a positive impact. In the water treatment process, the dehydration device is installed in the middle of the transfer piping between biological reactors, so the dehydration device can be operated just by operating an automatic valve without the need for separate piping equipment. The convenience is very excellent.

The system of the present invention relates to an A20 reaction system equipped with a sludge treatment device (2), and as shown in FIG. 1, an anaerobic tank (3) containing incoming raw water and a reaction solution flowing from the anaerobic tank (3). an anoxic tank (4), an aerobic tank (5) that accommodates the reaction solution flowing from the anoxic tank (4), and a sedimentation tank (6) that filters activated sludge from the treated water flowing in from the aerobic tank (5) and discharges the treated water. By adding the sludge treatment device (2) to the system used in the general A20 reaction (process), sludge return, sludge dewatering, and accompanying discharge of treated water are performed by one device.
In the anaerobic tank (3), phosphorus is released from the inflowing sewage and wastewater, in the anoxic tank (4), nitrifying nitrogen is denitrified into nitrogen gas, and in the aeration tank (5), nitrification and phosphorus intake are performed to produce overall nitrogen. , the process to remove phosphorus and organic substances is the same as the existing A2O process.
First, the anaerobic tank 3 receives raw water flowing in continuously or intermittently. This may be determined depending on the quantity of incoming raw water and whether a flow rate control tank is installed in front of the anaerobic tank 3, although it is not shown in the drawing. In addition, the inflow point of sewage from the sewage conduit may be the upper part of the anaerobic tank 3, but it is natural that the height of the sewage inflow point may vary depending on the depth of the sewage conduit to be laid.
The anaerobic tank 3 and the anoxic tank 4 are not shown in the drawing, but liquid transfer and internal return can be achieved by circulation means.
Although not shown in the drawings, the anoxic tank 4 may be provided with a stirring means to ensure smooth sludge agitation in the anoxic tank 4. This stirring action is intended to increase the chance of contact between organic matter and microorganisms.
In addition, although not shown in the drawings, a circulation means may be provided between the anoxic tank 4 and the aerobic tank 5 to allow liquid transfer and internal return.
In particular, the system 1 of the present invention includes a sludge treatment device 2, wherein the sludge treatment device 2 includes a sludge inflow line 211 through which sludge flows from the settling tank 6 and the stored sludge. It consists of a sludge tank 21 in which a sludge return line 212 is formed to return the sludge to the anaerobic tank 3, and the sludge tank 21 absorbs moisture and air from the stored sludge by suction pressure and discharges it to the outside. And it is characterized by including a separation membrane module (22) that allows solid content in the sludge to be adsorbed.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the separation membrane module 22 has a flow path 221-1 formed inside the sludge stored in the sludge tank 21 by suction pressure through the flow path 221-1. A plurality of separation membranes 221 that absorb moisture and air, discharge them to the outside, and allow solids in the sludge to be adsorbed, and a collection port 222 in which a collection space is formed to collect moisture and air at the top of the separation membrane 221, It is characterized in that a treated water discharge line 223 is formed that communicates with the collection port 222 and is formed with pumps 231 and 232.
The separation membrane 221 forms a flow path 221-1 between the separation membrane filters 221-2, which are made of a porous material, to separate the sludge S from the sludge S through the separation membrane filter 221-2, as mentioned above. This is to ensure that moisture and air are separated, and that foreign substances are naturally filtered during this process. In other words, the moisture flowing into the flow path 221-1 has been filtered, and this treated water may be discharged as is.
In addition, although the drawing number is not shown on the separator 221, frames are mounted on the upper and lower sides of the separator filter 221-2, and the upper frame is configured to communicate with the collection port 222.
The sludge tank 21 is a space for storing sludge flowing in through the sludge inflow line 211, and a sludge return line 212 is formed on the other side, and the sludge return line 212 is the sludge tank 21. It is characterized by being composed of a first sludge return line (212-1) formed at the top and a second sludge return line (212-2) formed at the bottom of the sludge tank 21.
In addition, the solid content (S-1) of the sludge adsorbed on the separation membrane 221 is desorbed by pumping of the pump 232, and a surplus sludge discharge line 213 is formed at the bottom of the sludge tank 21 for desorption. The solid content (S-1) is discharged to the outside, and a surplus sludge storage tank (24) is further configured to store the solid content (S-1) discharged through the surplus sludge discharge line (213).
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the sludge flowing in through the sludge inflow line 211 fills the sludge tank 21, and when the water level exceeds a certain level, it overflows and flows through the first sludge return line 212-1. As shown in Figure 1, sludge is returned to the front of the anaerobic tank (3).
Next, when the sludge tank 21 is filled, the suction pump 231 is operated to generate suction pressure in each membrane 221 of the separation membrane module 22, so that sludge solid content (S-1) is formed on the surface of the membrane 221. As it is adsorbed, moisture and air are sucked into the separation membrane 221 and collected in the collection port 222 through the flow path 221-1, and the collected moisture and air are discharged to the outside through the treated water discharge line 223. The goal is to make it happen.
In this way, moisture as well as air are separated from the sludge (S) by the suction pressure, and as a result, the returned sludge becomes highly concentrated due to the separation of moisture, and the DO is reduced by deaeration, thereby reducing the reaction efficiency in the anaerobic tank (3). The goal is to increase .
This operation continues until the solid content (S-1) adsorbed on the surface of the separation membrane 221 is sufficiently absorbed (3 to 5 mm), then the valves of the suction pump 231 and the sludge inlet line 211 are turned off, and the As the valve of the second sludge return line (212-2) is turned on, the sludge (S) stored in the sludge tank (21) is returned through the second sludge return line (212-2) until it is completely emptied. Even at this time, because the suction pressure is maintained in the separator 221, the solid content (S-1) is maintained adsorbed on the surface.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2C, when the sludge S in the sludge tank 21 is completely discharged, the discharge pump 232 is operated to discharge compressed air to each separation membrane 221. At this time, backwash water can be injected.
In this process, the solid content (S-1) adsorbed on the surface of the separation membrane 221 is desorbed from the membrane surface and discharged into the excess sludge storage tank 24 through the excess sludge discharge line 213. Due to this action, a very small amount (1/7 of the existing technology) of surplus sludge with a low moisture content (90-87%) is generated, and as can be seen in the existing technology shown in Figure 5, separate sludge storage/ Economic advantages can be achieved by eliminating the need for concentration facilities and drastically reducing the capacity of post-treatment facilities (dehydration).
Meanwhile, an example of automatically detecting the adsorption of sufficient solid content (S-1) on the separator 221 and automatically performing the above-mentioned desorption process to control failure due to blockage between the separators 221 is shown in Figure 4. It is shown in
In FIG. 4, a laser is irradiated to the sediment layer formed by adsorption of solid content (S-1) to the outermost separation membrane 221 in the sludge tank 21, and the distance between the inner periphery of the sludge tank 21 and the sediment layer is measured. An example in which a laser sensor 214 is further included is presented. Here, since the laser sensor 214 may be a known sensor, its detailed description will be omitted.
The laser sensor 214 is equipped with a communication unit, and when it detects that the distance of the deposited layer is more than a threshold, a signal is transmitted to the control unit (not shown in the drawing), and the control unit accordingly controls the detachment process mentioned above. It is to let them lose.

Phosphorus emission occurs.
As mentioned above, the returned sludge is highly concentrated and degassed, allowing the reaction to occur more efficiently in the anaerobic tank 3 mentioned above. As mentioned above, this sludge treatment device 2 allows sludge dewatering and subsequent discharge of treated water simultaneously with sludge return.

A sludge tank in which a sludge inflow line through which sludge flows from the settling tank and a sludge return line for returning the stored sludge to the anaerobic tank are formed, and a sludge tank is provided inside the sludge tank, a flow path is formed therein, and the sludge is released by suction pressure. A plurality of separation membranes that absorb moisture and air from the sludge through the flow path while adsorbing solids from the sludge introduced and stored in the tank, and a collection space connected to the upper part of the plurality of separation membranes to collect moisture and air absorbed by the separation membrane. It further includes a sludge treatment device including a separation membrane module including a collection port formed therein, and a treated water discharge line communicating with the collection port and forming a pump.
The separation membrane is made of a porous material so that a flow path is formed between the membrane filters, allowing moisture and air to be separated from the sludge through the separation membrane filter and filtering of foreign substances. The separation membrane has frames on the top and bottom of the separation membrane filter. is mounted and the upper frame communicates with the collection port,
The sludge return line is,
It consists of a first sludge return line formed at the top of the sludge tank and a second sludge return line formed at the bottom of the sludge tank,
The pump is,
In a state in which the sludge tank is filled with sludge, a suction pump is operated to generate suction pressure to each membrane of the separation membrane module to adsorb solids to the surface of the separation membrane, and in a state in which sludge in the sludge tank is discharged, each of the separation membrane modules It includes a discharge pump that is operated to discharge compressed air to the separator to desorb solids adsorbed on the surface of the separator from the membrane surface,
The sludge treatment device,
A surplus sludge storage tank communicated by a surplus sludge discharge line at the bottom of the sludge tank and storing solids that are separated from the membrane surface of the separation membrane according to the operation of the discharge pump and discharged through the surplus sludge discharge line, and the sludge tank includes a maximum sludge storage tank. A laser sensor that measures the distance between the inner periphery of the sludge tank and the silt layer by irradiating a laser to the silt layer formed by adsorption of solids to the outer shell separation membrane, and transmits a detection signal when it detects that the distance of the silt layer is greater than a threshold value; It further includes a control unit that receives a detection signal transmitted from the laser sensor and controls the discharge pump to operate so that a desorption process by the discharge pump is performed,
The sludge treatment device,
The sludge flowing in through the sludge inflow line fills the sludge tank, and when the water level exceeds a certain level, it overflows and the sludge is returned to the front of the anaerobic tank through the first sludge return line. Afterwards, the suction pump is operated while the sludge tank is filled. As a result, suction pressure is generated in each membrane of the separation membrane module, and the sludge solids are adsorbed on the surface of the membrane, and moisture and air are sucked into the interior of the membrane and collected in the collection port through the flow path. The collected moisture and air are discharged through the treated water discharge line. When the solid content adsorbed on the surface of the separation membrane is deposited to a preset threshold, the valve of the suction pump and sludge inlet line is turned off, the valve of the second sludge return line is turned on, and the sludge stored in the sludge tank is emptied. The sludge is returned through the second sludge return line, and when the sludge in the sludge tank is discharged, the discharge pump is operated to discharge compressed air to each separation membrane, and the solid content adsorbed on the membrane surface is detached from the membrane surface, thereby discharging the excess sludge. An A2O reaction system capable of efficiently processing sludge, characterized in that it is discharged into the surplus sludge storage tank through a line.
