Description
본 발명은 내부 광 추출 효율을 높이고 시야각을 넓힌 OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes) 제품에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) products that increase internal light extraction efficiency and widen the viewing angle.
OLED is receiving a lot of attention as a next-generation display device due to its low power consumption, high color reproduction, wide color gamut, fast response speed, and bendable characteristics. However, only about 20% of the light emitted from OLED can be extracted from the display device, which significantly reduces light extraction efficiency. The reason light extraction efficiency is low is because light is trapped at the interface between the transparent electrode (ITO) layer and the substrate and the interface between the substrate and air, which is due to differences in the refractive index of each material. A micro cavity structure is mainly applied to increase light transmission efficiency, but this structure has the problem of narrowing the viewing angle of the display panel due to differences in light extraction amount depending on the viewing angle of the display panel.
The purpose of the present invention to solve the above problems is to manufacture an OLED device that increases light extraction efficiency from the OLED device and secures a wide viewing angle of the display panel.
