Claims (15)
상기 기판 상에 배치된 구동 트랜지스터;
상기 기판 상에 배치되고, 공통 전압이 인가되는 공통 전극;
상기 기판 상에서 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극과 연결되고, 상기 공통 전극 중 적어도 일부와 중첩하는 화소 전극;
상기 기판 상에서 상기 공통 전극 중 적어도 일부와 중첩하는 추가 전극;
상기 기판 상에서 상기 화소 전극에 인가된 전압을 상기 추가 전극에 전달하도록 구성된 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 기판 상에 배치되고, 상기 추가 전극에 상기 공통 전극에 인가되는 전압을 전달하도록 구성된 제2 트랜지스터;
상기 기판 상에 배치되고, 제1 전압 및 제2 전압을 출력하는 스캔 구동부 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 연결되어 상기 제1 전압을 공급하는 제1 배선; 및
상기 기판 상에 배치되고, 상기 스캔 구동부 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 연결되어 상기 제2 전압을 공급하는 제2 배선을 포함하고,
상기 공통 전극은
상기 화소 전극과 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극을 연결하기 위한 제1 컨택홀, 상기 화소 전극과 상기 제1 트랜지스터를 연결하기 위한 제2 컨택홀 및 상기 추가 전극과 상기 제1 트랜지스터를 연결하기 위한 제3 컨택홀과 중첩되지 않는, 표시 장치.Board;
a driving transistor disposed on the substrate;
a common electrode disposed on the substrate and to which a common voltage is applied;
a pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode of the driving transistor on the substrate and overlapping at least a portion of the common electrode;
an additional electrode overlapping at least a portion of the common electrode on the substrate;
a first transistor configured to transfer the voltage applied to the pixel electrode on the substrate to the additional electrode;
a second transistor disposed on the substrate and configured to transmit the voltage applied to the common electrode to the additional electrode;
a scan driver disposed on the substrate and outputting a first voltage and a second voltage, and a first wiring connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor to supply the first voltage; and
A second wiring disposed on the substrate and connected to the scan driver and the gate electrode of the second transistor to supply the second voltage,
The common electrode is
A first contact hole for connecting the pixel electrode and the drain electrode of the driving transistor, a second contact hole for connecting the pixel electrode and the first transistor, and a third contact hole for connecting the additional electrode and the first transistor. A display device that does not overlap the contact hole.

A display device that does not overlap the contact hole.
