Description
The present invention relates to a floating floor structure used as one of the floor structures of a building.
Due to the nature of apartment complexes where walls and floors are shared with neighboring households, measures against noise between floors are required. As part of this, in Korea, the "Regulations on Housing Construction Standards, etc." stipulates floor impact noise standards to reduce inter-floor noise in apartment complexes. In this regulation, the floor impact sound between floors of an apartment complex is divided into light impact sound, which is a floor impact sound caused by a relatively light and hard impact (such as a small object falling), and a heavy impact sound, which is a floor impact sound caused by a heavy and soft impact (such as a child jumping). Classification and standards for each impact sound are presented. In addition, this regulation specifies the thickness of the concrete slab forming the interfloor floor to be 210mm or more in consideration of interfloor noise. Recently, there is discussion about raising the regulation to reduce floor impact noise, especially weight impact noise.
Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a conventionally known floating floor structure.
Referring to Figure 1, the standard floor structure of apartment complexes in Korea consists of a floating floor structure with a buffer material inserted between the slab and the finishing layer. Specifically, a cushioning material (20) is constructed on a concrete slab (10) of 210 mm or more, and lightweight foam concrete (30) and finishing mortar (40) are constructed again on the cushioning material (20), and then placed on the finishing mortar (40). The
Although the above floating floor structure is known to be quite effective in reducing light impact noise between floors, it still has limitations with respect to heavy impact noise. In other words, the load in the high frequency band causes vibration with a short wavelength and high frequency (light impact sound), which can be effectively absorbed by the cushioning material. On the other hand, a load in the low-frequency band can generate a wavelength equivalent to the size of the slab and cause integrated vibration of the finishing layer, cushioning material, and slab, which causes weight impact noise. Accordingly, in the case of a floating floor structure, low-frequency weight impact noise, such as when a child jumps, can be transmitted to the lower generation to a large extent, resulting in inter-floor noise.
One way to reduce weight impact noise is to construct a sufficiently thick slab, and in this regard, discussions are underway to increase the slab thickness currently specified at 210 mm or more to 240 mm or more. According to some studies, it is known that in order to sufficiently eliminate heavy impact noise, the slab thickness must be at least 280 mm. However, this increase in slab thickness directly causes the problem of increasing construction time or cost.
Against the above background, various methods have been explored to reduce inter-floor noise in floating floor structures. For example, in Registered Patent No. 10-1305239, “Floating floor structure to prevent noise between floors of a duplex building,” a method of forming a honeycomb-shaped partition on the panel and providing a sound-absorbing member made of polypropylene microfiber and short fiber was proposed. Registered Patent No. 10-1637457, “Impact and Noise Reduction Device, and Apartment House Floating Floor Structure Using the Same,” proposes a method of utilizing waste resources and reducing inter-floor noise by utilizing elastic chips such as waste tires. However, despite this, the floor impact noise in the floating floor structure still has improvements.
Embodiments of the present invention seek to provide a floating floor structure that can further reduce floor impact noise in floor structures such as apartments.
In addition, embodiments of the present invention are intended to provide a floating floor structure that can minimize the increase in construction costs without significantly impairing construction convenience despite the above advantages.
However, the technical problems to be achieved by the embodiments of the present invention are not necessarily limited to the technical problems mentioned above. According to one aspect of the present invention, it is constructed on the upper part of the slab to reduce inter-floor noise, and includes a cushioning material having a predetermined thickness and partially or entirely made of an elastic material; A plurality of compression assemblies are installed on the cushioning material to be spaced apart in a plane and are configured to press and compress the cushioning material in the thickness direction; And a wire net coupled to and supported by the compression assembly on the upper part of the cushioning material to disperse floor impact sound transmitted from above on a plane may be provided.
The floating floor structure according to embodiments of the present invention can reduce floor impact noise through a cushioning material on the slab. Here, the floating floor structure according to embodiments of the present invention can function more effectively in reducing the transmission of weight impact sound in the low frequency band by pressurizing and compressing the cushioning material through the compression assembly.
In addition, despite the above advantages, the floating floor structure according to embodiments of the present invention can be constructed in a substantially similar manner to the existing floating floor structure. In other words, the floating floor structure according to the embodiments of the present invention can be properly implemented by adding only the installation process of the pressure assembly to the existing floating floor structure construction method. Accordingly, the floating floor structure according to embodiments of the present invention has the effect of reducing floor impact noise, while maintaining construction convenience and minimizing the increase in construction costs.

In the floating
Although not shown, after the

Referring to FIG. 4, the
The
Meanwhile, the
The connecting
In some cases, the
Meanwhile, the
Meanwhile, the
In this embodiment, the

Looking at the construction method of the floating
Afterwards, the worker can press the
The floating
Meanwhile, with the
When the
As described above, the floating
In addition, despite the above-mentioned advantages, the floating
