Description
The present invention relates to a ship maintenance system through prediction of parts replacement time.
An autonomous ship refers to a ship that automatically navigates a set route without a crew and, if necessary, can control navigation and engine parts (e.g. engines, rudder devices) from a remote control center. To this end, a remote control center on the ground is needed to remotely control autonomous ships, and in order to resolve technical and legal issues, the captain and the chief engineer must directly command and control the remote control center.
Meanwhile, the ship surveillance system includes the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries' Marine Safety Comprehensive Information System (GICOMS), Samsung Heavy Industries' Remote Surveillance System (VPS), Japan's JSMEA SSAP (Smart Ship Application Platform), and the Korea Coast Guard's Maritime Traffic Control System (VTS). etc. Here, the Marine Safety Comprehensive Information System of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries is the LRIT (Long-range identification and tracking) and SSAS (Ship Security Alert System) implemented by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in preparation for the increased risk of maritime terrorism following the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the Iraq War. It is a system to respond to measures to strengthen maritime security, such as the introduction, and is being used for the purpose of minimizing casualties by improving the rescue system for ships in distress in Korea's coastal waters through ship monitoring. In addition, Samsung Heavy Industries' remote monitoring system secures and compresses the collected data and transmits it to land via satellite communication, and is a system that can monitor the ship's status based on the same information as on board the ship. It provides functions such as remote monitoring of the ship's MMI (Man Machine Interface) based on the control system, electronic payment system, electronic logbook in the form of shipping company request, and integrated document management and reporting. Japan's JSMEA SSAP is a ship application platform development project led by Japanese shipping companies (NYK), shipbuilders, and manufacturers, and is being jointly developed with the support of JSMEA (Japan Ship Machinery and Equipment Association) and Japanese classification society (Class NK). . In addition, the Korea Coast Guard's maritime traffic control system is a system introduced to systematically control the passage of ships in accordance with the increase in maritime traffic volume, larger ships, faster speeds, and congestion in maritime traffic. It uses RADAR and AIS to monitor ship positions. We obtain information and distress signals to prevent and respond to marine accidents.
However, these conventional ship monitoring systems are mainly focused on reducing operating costs, including fuel costs, and do not take into account ship maintenance, and thus have a problem in that they are difficult to utilize for autonomous ships.

Referring again to FIG. 1, a ship maintenance system including a
The
For example, the
Here, the repair data may include the type of ship, repair history, and repair loss, and the repair loss may include repair costs, loss costs due to non-operation, etc.
At this time, the
In addition, the
The plurality of
That is, referring to FIG. 2, one
Therefore, each
Meanwhile, the
In particular, the
For example, the
Here, the parts data may include the type and size of the ship, part name, part identification code, part warranty, part replacement history, etc.
For example, the
Afterwards, the
