Description
The present invention relates to solar cells, and in particular to crystalline solar cells.
Conventionally, crystalline solar cells were manufactured using semiconductor substrates such as silicon wafers. Specifically, conventionally, crystalline solar cells were manufactured through a process of forming an n-type semiconductor layer on one side of a silicon wafer and forming a p-type semiconductor layer on the other side of the silicon wafer.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1A to 1D are cross-sectional views of the manufacturing process of a solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention.
First, as can be seen in FIG. 1A, a first doped
The
The first doped
The first doped
Next, as can be seen in FIG. 1B, the first doped
The crystallization process may be performed by a laser annealing process, but is not necessarily limited thereto.
When a laser annealing process is performed on the first doped
Next, as can be seen in FIG. 1C, an intrinsic
Since the crystallized first doped
Specifically, the intrinsic
The intrinsic
Therefore, the flow rate of hydrogen gas (H 2 ) introduced when forming the intrinsic
Next, as can be seen in FIG. 1D, a second doped
Since the intrinsic
The second doped
Therefore, the flow rate of hydrogen gas (H 2 ) introduced when forming the second doped
In addition, the ratio of the content of hydrogen gas (H 2 ) to the source gas containing silicon, such as silane gas (SiH 4 ) introduced when forming the second doped
The polarity of the second doped
As such, according to an embodiment of the present invention, after forming the first doped
