In addition, the second insulating
The
When the electrolyte solution penetrates into the
Additionally, referring to FIG. 2, it is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a partially enlarged view of the secondary battery shown in FIG. 1C before the electrolyte is injected, and referring to FIG. 3, the secondary battery shown in FIG. First, the
The
The first
In addition, the first
보다 바람직하게 제2유동방지층(131b)은 PVDF(Poly Vinylidene Fluoride)로 이루어질 수 있다. In addition, the second
For example, the experimental results of the change in thickness and the expansion rate of the
Here, experiment result 1 (A) is a case in which only an acrylic binder is included in the first
As shown in Table 1, it can be seen that the thickness of both the first
Also, in Experiment Result 1 (A), the first
As described above, when the
상기 아크릴계 점착제는 PMMA(poly methyl methacrylate), PEMA(poly ethyl methacrylate) 또는 PBMA(poly butyl methacrylate)에서 선택된 것이 사용될 수 있다. The
The
The
Here, the
In addition, electrolyte (not shown) is injected into the
Referring to FIG. 4 , a cross-sectional view illustrating a secondary battery according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. Also, referring to FIG. 5, a cross-sectional view partially enlarged and showing the shape before electrolyte is injected into the case of the secondary battery shown in FIG. 4 is shown. Referring to FIG. 6, the inside of the case of the secondary battery shown in FIG. 4 is shown. A cross-sectional view partially enlarged and showing the shape after the electrolyte is injected is shown.
As such, a perspective view, a longitudinal cross-sectional view, and an exploded perspective view of the
Therefore, hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1A, 1B, 1D, 4, 5, and 6, the
The
The
When the
First, the
As described above, when at least a part of the
더욱 바람직하게는 상기 고분자 필름으로 PS(polystyrene) 필름이 사용되는 것이 좋으며, 특히 바람직하게는 OPS(oriented polystyrene)필름이 좋다. The polymer film may be used without limitation as long as it has adhesiveness due to contact with the electrolyte. Preferably, a film of polystyrene (PS), polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol, polycarbonate, or polyethylene vinyl acetate, which has a wide distance between polymers and is easily penetrated by a carbonate-based solvent in an electrolyte, may be used. More preferably, a PS (polystyrene) film is preferably used as the polymer film, and an oriented polystyrene (OPS) film is particularly preferably used.
The electrolyte may be used without limitation as long as it contains a non-aqueous organic solvent capable of releasing the orientation of the polymer film. Preferably, it is preferable that the carbonate system is included. Examples of the carbonate system include dimethyl carbonate (DMC), diethyl carbonate (DEC), dipropyl carbonate (DPC), methylpropyl carbonate (MPC), ethylpropyl carbonate (EPC), methylethyl carbonate (MEC), ethylene carbonate (EC), Any one of propylene carbonate (PC) and butylene carbonate (BC) may be included. Particularly preferably, non-polar organic solvents such as DMC, DEC, and DPC are included. This carbonate-based organic solvent easily penetrates between polymers having a distance between the polymers, such as polystyrene, and easily releases the orientation of the polymers.
The first

보다 바람직하게 제2유동방지층(232b)은 PVDF(Poly Vinylidene Fluoride)로 이루어질 수 있다. In addition, the second
For example, the experimental results of the change in thickness and expansion rate of the
Experimental result 1 (A) is the case in which only the acrylic binder is included in the first
As shown in Table 2, it can be seen that the thickness of both the first
In addition, since the expansion rate of the
As described above, when the
상기 아크릴계 점착제는 PMMA(poly methyl methacrylate), PEMA(poly ethyl methacrylate) 또는 PBMA(poly butyl methacrylate)에서 선택된 것이 사용될 수 있다. The
