Description
The present invention relates to a high-efficiency cyclone dust collector, and more specifically, to a high-efficiency cyclone dust collector in which dust collection performance of a cyclone is improved by recovering dust particles that are introduced into the upstream of the cyclone and re-dispersed.
The cyclone dust collector used in incinerators is a device that separates and removes particulate dust particles by using the centrifugal force that rotates in a spiral after dust particles flow into the incinerator. It is a simple and economical dust collector with low operating cost. This cyclone dust collector can be operated even at high temperatures and is suitable for incinerators.
However, such a cyclone dust collector has a problem in that some of the separated and removed dust particles flow into the upstream of the cyclone and are scattered again.
In order to prevent this, a blowdown device for sucking in dust particles re-scattered from the dust accumulation box is required. The blowdown device increases the effective centrifugal force by preventing the disturbance of the swirling air flow, prevents re-dispersion of the collected dust, and improves the dust collection performance of the cyclone by preventing the device from being closed due to dust adhesion in the pipe. However, existing blowdown devices have problems such as complexity of the device and additional power required.
