상기 상단 바지 고정부(910)에 대해 멀어지거나 가까워지는 방향으로 상하 이동 가능하게 구비되고, 바지의 타측을 고정시키는 조임부를 갖는 하단 바지 고정부(920); 및
상기 하단 바지 고정부(920)가 상하 이동한 후 상기 하단 바지 고정부(920)의 위치를 고정하는 스토퍼;를 포함하고,
상기 하단 바지 고정부(920)의 하단에는 장방형 홈(921)이 위치하고,
