Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a non-discharge treatment system capable of evaporating and removing high-concentration organic wastewater, such as pig manure, food separation liquid, and landfill leachate, which are difficult to biologically treat, without being discharged.
It is very difficult to treat high-concentration organic wastewater such as pig farming wastewater with general wastewater treatment methods such as chemical flocculation treatment and biological treatment due to carbonates and volatile fatty acids present in the wastewater, viscosity, and toxicity. As a result, in Korea, after the primary treatment at pig farms, small amounts of water are introduced into large-scale treatment plants such as sewage treatment plants and communal treatment plants, or they have been heavily dependent on ocean dumping.
After the eradication of marine dumping, the government has installed joint treatment plants in each region of the country to treat composting and liquefaction, but there are significant problems in reality.
Due to the strong odor of pig manure, the public treatment plant that handles it is an avoidance facility, and there are considerable complaints from nearby residents, making it difficult to obtain permission itself.
If the liquefied fertilizer is not sufficiently ripe, the nitrogen contained in pig manure in a large amount deteriorates in the soil and generates nitrogen gas from the roots and soil of crops, thereby reducing crop growth.
There is serious friction with farmers who use liquid fertilizer because the joint treatment plant does not properly allocate specialized personnel or analyze liquid fertilizer components, and the production of products is not uniform.
Even if liquefied manure is produced in the common treatment plant, due to limitations in the use of liquefied manure by season (summer rain season, winter season, after crop sowing), the liquefied manure produced cannot be sprayed for nearly half of the year and must be stored in a storage tank in the common treatment plant. It is necessary to store and maintain liquid manure for more than 6 months, but at this time, there are many problems in the treatment of pig farming wastewater because the pig farming wastewater is not collected. Organic wastewater from general pig farms that did not flow into the common treatment plant is self-purified by installing a self-purification treatment facility, but it does not meet the discharge water quality standards of the Ministry of Environment.
When wastewater that is not treated below the water quality discharge standard by general farmhouses and self-purification facilities, or liquid fertilizer that is not sufficiently fermented in public treatment plants flows into streams or rivers, it becomes the main cause of water pollution such as green algae and deteriorates the water quality environment.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and to provide a system for non-discharge treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater capable of preventing environmental pollution.

The non-discharge treatment system for organic wastewater according to an embodiment of the present invention removes the sludge of the organic wastewater, microbially decomposes the organic matter, and then evaporates the treated water separated from the sludge and the organic matter into the river, but evaporates it in the form of a mist spray. Non-discharge treatment is possible by discharging into the middle. As a result, the non-discharge treatment system of high-concentration organic wastewater of the present invention can drastically reduce drug costs, operating costs, and facility costs, and can withstand load fluctuations according to pig manure characteristics generated from seasons, washing water, and livestock species (pilets, sows, and fattening pigs). It can be stably processed, blocks the risk of disease spread due to pig manure collection and movement, and reduces civil complaints due to odor.
In addition, the non-discharge treatment system of high-concentration organic wastewater is a self-purification treatment facility, and the final treated water is taken out to the outside to fundamentally block causes such as groundwater contamination, green algae, and red tides, thereby dramatically reducing the load of water pollution throughout Korea. As a result, livestock farmers may not be subject to the total water quality system.
Most of the final microorganism-treated filtrate is evaporated and dispersed into the air, while a small amount of non-degradable organic matter contained in the evaporated air can be converted into organic matter degradable by microorganisms through plasma discharge irradiation. As a result, a small amount of microbially degradable organic matter is dispersed into the atmosphere together with evaporation air, decomposed by aerobic microorganisms existing in nature, or returned to the microbial treatment unit in a state contained in condensed water and reprocessed to completely remove organic contaminants. is possible
In addition, the smell contained in the evaporation gas dispersed in the air is removed through the activated carbon filter, thereby eliminating the emission of odor in the organic wastewater.

The internal temperature sensor 228-1 detects the internal temperature of the
The internal humidity sensor 228-2 detects the internal humidity of the
The external temperature sensor 229-1 detects the external temperature of the
The external humidity sensor 229-2 detects the external humidity of the

Since the organic

The
The second

In particular, when evaporative cooling occurs in the open upper part of the

5 is a flow chart showing a non-discharge treatment method for high-concentration organic wastewater according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In step S1, high-concentration organic wastewater such as livestock manure or pig wastewater is subjected to physicochemical pretreatment.
Referring to FIG. 2 , the organic wastewater supplied from the raw
Organic wastewater contains factors that hinder flocculation due to viscosity and fat, such as carbonates and volatile fatty acids. The treatment chemical is acidic and converts carbonate and volatile fatty acids, which are coagulant-inhibiting factors, into carbon dioxide by oxidizing them. At this time, a large amount of foam is generated in the reactant by carbon dioxide or the like, and most of dissolved organic matter, volatile fatty acids, pathogenic microorganisms, viscosity, toxicity, and the like are removed.
A large amount of bubbles are generated in the reactant supplied to the

When an inorganic coagulant among treatment chemicals is added to the
The above chemical treatment reaction is preferably completed within 1
On the other hand, when an underwater stirrer is operated during the oxidation reaction, agitation is increased and the reaction time can be shortened to about 30 minutes to 1 hour. In particular, when an underwater stirrer is used, the antifoaming agent is stirred as a whole, making it easy to remove bubbles. If an underwater agitator is used, subsequent neutralization and agglomeration treatment can be efficiently performed in a short time. Next, a neutralizing agent is added to the chemically treated reactant to neutralize it. As a neutralizing agent, a basic substance such as sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is used, and the pH of the reactant is raised to 7.0 to 8.0. In the neutralization process, it can be mixed only with a blower, and a line mixer can be used if necessary. In the neutralization process, the cohesion is strengthened and the floc becomes larger. If the pH is less than 7.0, the effect of strengthening the cohesiveness is weak, and if the pH is greater than 80, the increase in the effect of strengthening the cohesiveness is insignificant compared to the increase in the cost of using the neutralizer. Neutralization treatment may be performed for 30 to 40 minutes.
When an oxidizing agent is injected into pig wastewater, which is highly concentrated organic wastewater, bicarbonate ions containing a large amount of alkalinity in the wastewater oxidize with the chemical and are converted into gaseous carbon dioxide (CO2). When strong physical force is applied to the converted carbon dioxide gas (CO 2 ), dissolved organic matter (BOD.COD), volatile fatty acids, pathogenic microorganisms, toxicity, carbonated bubbles, and viscosity present in wastewater are removed.
In this way, the inorganic coagulant (Fe 2 So 4 (iron sulfate oxide)) present during the oxidation reaction strongly reacts by strong physical force in the oxidation reaction process to strengthen the cohesion, and then the neutralization cohesion reaction produces suspended sludge (SS) is chemically adsorbed to precipitate as a solid phase, and the cohesive force of the sludge is bound to the maximum to make solid-liquid separation easy.
Oxidation and neutralization wastewater is separated into solid and liquid by the solid-liquid separator 115 (filter press). At this time, the filtered sludge is composted and recycled as a raw material for organic fertilizer, and it can be used as a recycled raw material for turning livestock manure into solid fuel as announced by the Ministry of Environment in 2018.
In step S2, the solid-liquid separated sludge treatment water is treated with aerobic microorganisms by aerobic fermentation for about 10-15 days using the MLE (Modified Ludzack Ettinger) method. At this time, when the ripening is completed, the aerobic livestock manure from which the odor is removed becomes a liquid fertilizer. It also shortens the period of subsequent aerobic, anaerobic and microbial biological treatment.
Thereafter, the microbially treated water treated with aerobic microorganisms may be removed up to sludge having a size of 0.1 μm by the
In step S3, the flat membrane-filtered filtrate is introduced into the evaporation chamber at a predetermined temperature, for example, 28° C. or higher, preferably 35-40° C., and a predetermined humidity, for example, 75% or lower, in an atmosphere of 5 μm or lower. It can be evaporatively cooled in an instant by spraying fine water particles at a high pressure of 60cc per minute, for example. Some filtered water or condensed water due to supersaturation that has not been evaporated inside the evaporation chamber can be supplied to the moisture control agent of the compost bed or fed back to the microbial treatment machine for reprocessing.
In step S4, the evaporated air (gas) may be exposed to a plasma discharge in a discharge path to the outside. In the microbial treatment in step S2 described above, only treatable organic matter may be decomposed, and non-degradable organic matter may remain. As a result, non-decomposable organic matter exists in the air evaporated in step S3, which can be converted into organic matter treatable by microorganisms by exposure to plasma. In this way, the organic matter converted to be treated with microorganisms is discharged to the outside in a state included in the evaporation air, and may be decomposed by natural microorganisms or included in condensed water and fed back to the microorganism treatment device for treatment.
In step S5, odor gases such as trace amounts of nitrogen and ammonia contained in the evaporated air (gas) may be removed. Since the non-discharge treatment system of organic wastewater according to an embodiment of the present invention converts the final microbial treated water into evaporated air (gas) and disperses it into the atmosphere, it is necessary to treat it so that air pollution does not occur. Removal of the odor gas may be performed using an activated carbon filter. At this time, when the evaporated air (gas) with high humidity passes through the activated carbon filter, it is necessary to manage the temperature drop change so that condensation due to the temperature difference is not prevented.
In this way, the evaporated air (gas) from which the odor is removed may be discharged to the outside by the
In step S6, some of the evaporated air (gas) discharged to the outside may be condensed according to external humidity and temperature, and condensed water may be collected. The collection of condensed water is to prevent water from being absorbed into the ground due to condensation occurring near the outlet where evaporated air (gas) is discharged. Since the evaporated air (gas) discharged to the outside is not easily dispersed to the outside when the humidity of the outside air is high, it is necessary to reduce the instantaneous amount of discharged air. The amount of evaporated air (gas) discharged to the outside is condensed into water when the temperature of the outside air is low, so it is necessary to reduce the instantaneous amount of discharged air. The amount of evaporated air (gas) discharged to the outside needs to be set in consideration of the external environment, that is, humidity, wind, temperature, etc., so that condensation water is not generated as much as possible. The condensed water can be fed back to the microbial treatment unit for reprocessing or used as a compost moisture regulator.
In step S7, the
The second
The air evaporated by the second
As such, the organic
