Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of constructing windows and doors of a building having an insulation function and to windows and doors therefor, and more particularly, by providing an insulation angle unit on a window portion of a window to achieve insulation, effective insulation is possible and the structure is simple. It relates to a method for constructing windows and doors of a building having a heat insulation function that reduces costs and is detachable and easy to handle in case of maintenance costs and damage, and the windows and doors.
In general, windows used as building materials can check the outside from the inside of a building, and are widely used for indoor ventilation, and include a window frame forming an outer frame and a glass window coupled to the window frame.
In various buildings such as apartments and buildings, it can be said that the place where the most heat transfer with the outdoors occurs is the window part, and accordingly, research on the insulation structure to minimize the heat transfer in the window part has been conducted. .
Recently, aluminum windows and doors have been widely used, but the aluminum has a higher heat transfer rate than polyvinyl chloride and is vulnerable to heat insulation due to the characteristics of the material.
In order to solve this problem, Korean Patent Publication No. 2013-0061338 relates to a system window with improved airtightness. An airtight layer composed of silicone, urethane foam, a filling material, and an airtight finish is provided between the window frame and the wall of the opening to improve airtightness. System window technology was disclosed.
In addition, Korean Patent Publication No. 2011-0133333 relates to a window frame covered with polyurethane foam, and suggests a technique of filling the inside of the existing window frame with a filler and covering the outer wall outside the frame with polyurethane foam.
However, the prior art combining the metal material and the urethane foam-based inner cover is difficult to form precisely due to the limitations of foam products, so it is simply inserted using a metal material and a foam-based product and protrusions, and then adhered using a bond to prevent falling off. As a method, there is a problem in that long-term durability is lowered and the life of the product is determined by the adhesive performance of the bond.
The foregoing invention refers to the background art in the technical field to which the present invention belongs, and does not mean the prior art.
