무게측정용 센서인 로드셀(Load Cell)이 탱크(10)하부에 설치되어 저장되는 모래 무게를 제어기의 제어부에서 계산하고, 래들로의 모래투입을 제어하는 것으로, 상기 로드셀(Load Cell)에 의해 현재 탱크(10) 내부 잔량 확인이 되는 것이며, 상기 탱크(10)로부터의 모래공급량은 자동밸브 제어에 의해 투입량 조절이 되는 래들모래투입장치에 있어서,
모래 생산지, 메쉬를 데이터화하여 제어기의 저장부에 저장하고 모래 종류에 따라 상,중,하로 구분하고 각각 모래에 해당되는 가중치를 곱하여 필요한 모래량을 조절할 수 있고, 작업조건이 비가 오거나 습도가 높을 경우에도 가중치를 곱하여 모래량을 조절하며,
래들로부터 용감을 공급받는 턴디쉬의 스프레시 커버는 다수개로 나누어지고 상기 스프레시 커버마다 에어실린더가 장착되어 조작레버를 각각 작동시킴으로써 각각의 스프레시 커버가 동작하도록 되어 있어, 턴디쉬가 안착 후 전진시키고, 작업 종료 후 스프레시 커버를 후진시킨 다음 턴디쉬를 교체하는 구성이며, 상기 에어실린더로부터 돌출되는 로드의 각각 길이를 조절하여 턴디쉬 스프래시 커버를 일정방향으로 기울어지게 하여 래들이나 턴디쉬의 기울어진 경사각에 맞추게 할 수 있는 것으로 기울기가 설정치를 초과하면 제어기의 제어부는 위험한 것으로 판단하여 경보수단인 스피커를 통해 경보음을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 래들모래투입장치
