Description
The present invention relates to a waste gas complex treatment device using plasma that increases the removal efficiency of recalcitrant gases that cause odor.
악취 및 VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds; 휘발성 유기화합물) 등의 난분해성 폐가스를 플라스마를 이용해 탈취하고 정화하는 방법은 다양한 형태로 개발되어 왔다. Methods for deodorizing and purifying non-decomposable waste gases such as odors and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) using plasma have been developed in various forms. The plasma method initially developed is a method of removing gaseous contaminants using pulsed corona type plasma. Plasma is generated from pin and flat electrodes using high voltages of 10 kV to 25 kV, and inert gas is added to change the plasma state. A way to keep it safe. However, this type of plasma method has not been commercialized because the shape of the plasma is irregularly formed, the efficiency of removing odor is low, and the operating cost and processing capacity are limited.
Another type of conventional plasma deodorization equipment is a method of removing contaminants using plasma in the form of a dielectric barrier discharge. to form and react with odorous components. However, this device has low efficiency due to pressure drop and deposition of impurities such as carbon on the electrode, and there were difficulties in large-capacity treatment.
In addition, the conventional deodorization equipment using plasma as described above installs an ozone generating means to generate ozone in front of the plasma reactor, oxidizes and decomposes the pollutant gas introduced into the plasma reactor by ozone, and is not removed by ozone. There was also a method in which residual harmful gas and residual ozone that did not participate in the reaction were decomposed and treated by ultraviolet rays generated from the plasma arc (Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2006-0071691). However, since the conventional method described above moves the generated arc using pollutant gas, there is a limit to the removal of the arc flow rate in the discharge tube due to the flow rate and the size of the tube, and in order to expand the arc movement area, odor and pollutant gas Even if the flow rate is increased, the reaction time is rather short, so the harmful gas is not sufficiently treated. In addition, when the flow rate is reduced to lengthen the reaction time, the movement area of the arc is narrowed, resulting in a decrease in material decomposition efficiency by plasma. In addition, there is a problem in that efficiency is reduced due to dust or the like as contaminants come into direct contact with the arc generating unit.
As described above, various devices using plasma have been proposed to effectively deodorize the recalcitrant waste gas that causes various odors. However, the waste gas treatment device has difficulties in securing a reaction space for waste gas to sufficiently extend the reaction time with plasma and configuring means for forming an amorphous air flow in the reaction space. If this problem is not solved, the plasma reaction time for the waste gas is reduced, the deodorization performance is reduced, and while the waste gas stays in the reaction space, since various particulate contaminants of the waste gas accumulate in the reaction space, an effective way to solve this problem is desired.
2 and 6, the waste gas introduced into the
The reaction gas introduced into the second
The reaction gas introduced through the outlet of the
As described above, the reaction gas introduced into the
7 is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a cross section of a complex processing device as a preferred embodiment according to the present invention, and FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view showing a heat exchanger separated from a housing as a preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 2 and 7 to 8 , the complex processing device PL according to the present invention has a
When the heat storage and
The heat storage and
In the complex processing device (PL) according to the present invention, a thermal bridge in which a heat medium moves to recover waste heat of a reaction gas introduced into the
Since the thermal
The heat
