Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cosmetic composition containing a non-aqueous dispersion and a cosmetic composition prepared by the method, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a cosmetic composition containing a homogenized non-aqueous dispersion and a cosmetic composition prepared by the method It is about.
Anhydrous or W/O type mascara has the advantage of excellent waterproof (water resistance) effect and long-lasting curl, but has the disadvantage that it cannot be cleaned with lukewarm water and must be washed with a remover to remove makeup. In order to overcome this, various methods have been attempted, and representative methods include adding a surfactant having a high HLB or adding a polymer compound that is easily wetted with water. In the case of adding a surfactant having a high HLB, it may help a little in cleaning, but fundamentally, it is difficult to cleanse only with lukewarm water. In the case of adding a polymer compound that is wet with water, cleansing is relatively easy, but there is a disadvantage that the waterproof effect may be insufficient. In order to solve these disadvantages, mascara capable of cleansing with lukewarm water by using a mixture of hydrophilic and hydrophobic monomers has been studied.
However, when a non-aqueous dispersion composed of a copolymer of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer is simply added to an anhydrous formulation or a W/O formulation, the dispersion may not be properly dispersed due to the difference in polarity between wax, oil, and non-aqueous dispersion, or the wax may not be properly dispersed. There was a problem that difficulties such as not being dissolved in oil occurred.
In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition manufacturing method in which the input raw materials are uniformly homogenized and a cosmetic composition prepared by the method. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition that has excellent makeup lasting effect and is easy to clean even with a large amount of water or general face wash without the need for a dedicated makeup remover or oil cleansing agent, and a method for manufacturing the same.
The inventors of the present invention separately proceed with a heating process of the solid oil component in at least one non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil during the manufacturing process of a cosmetic composition comprising a non-aqueous dispersion containing a copolymer of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer to completely dissolve or dissolve the solid phase. After dispersing, it was confirmed that if a non-polar dispersion was added to prepare a cosmetic, the injected raw materials could be uniformly homogenized, and the present invention was completed. The term 'non-aqueous dispersion' within the present specification is understood as a non-aqueous dispersion comprising a copolymer of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer.
The 'non-aqueous dispersion comprising a copolymer of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer' is preferably i) a hydrophilic monomer of at least one of acrylic and vinyl compounds, alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, aromatic acrylate and aromatic methacrylic acid. It can be understood as a non-aqueous dispersion containing a copolymer in which any one or more hydrophobic monomers selected from late compounds are polymerized. In one embodiment, the non-aqueous dispersion may further include ii) a homopolymer obtained by polymerizing at least one hydrophilic monomer selected from acrylic and vinyl compounds.
As used herein, the term "hydrophilic" means that the solubility constant (δ) of a single polymer is 10.0 (cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 or more, and "hydrophobic" means that the solubility constant (δ) is 10.0 (cal/cm 3 ) 1 means less than /2 .
The present invention relates to i) a copolymer obtained by polymerizing at least one hydrophilic monomer selected from acrylic and vinyl compounds and at least one hydrophobic monomer selected from among alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, aromatic acrylate and aromatic methacrylate compounds. Provides a non-aqueous dispersion consisting of, or a non-aqueous dispersion containing both the copolymer of i) and a homopolymer obtained by polymerizing at least one hydrophilic monomer of ii) acrylic and vinyl compounds.
That is, the present invention provides a hydrophilic monomer (acrylic and/or vinyl compound) and a hydrophobic monomer (alkyl acrylate, alkyl metasulfuric acid) soluble in hydrocarbon oil to prepare a polymer that is stable in non-aqueous dispersion, particularly stable in non-polar hydrocarbon oil. A non-aqueous dispersion including a hydrophilic homopolymer is prepared by using a copolymer including acrylate, aromatic acrylate and/or aromatic methacrylate compound) as a dispersion stabilizer.
The 'non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil' may also be used interchangeably with 'non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil solvent' or 'non-polar hydrocarbon-based solvent' and used within the present specification. Mainly contains hydrogen atoms and carbon atoms, possibly contains oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus atoms, and has a dielectric constant of about 1 to 10, about 1.5 to 9, or about 2 to 8 at 25 ° C. It is understood to mean an oil within a range of degrees. Preferably, the non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil may be a volatile non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil. Here, the volatile non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil means a non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil that evaporates at room temperature.
For example, it may include at least one selected from the group consisting of isododecane, isoparaffin, isohexadecane, and hydrogenated polyisobutene.
An embodiment of the present invention may be prepared by mixing a hydrophilic monomer with a copolymer of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer. That is, i) preparing a copolymer by polymerizing at least one hydrophilic monomer selected from among acrylic and vinyl compounds and at least one hydrophobic monomer selected from among alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, aromatic acrylate and aromatic methacrylate compounds. ii) mixing and polymerizing at least one hydrophilic monomer of acrylic and vinyl compounds to prepare a non-aqueous dispersion containing a homopolymer, and finally hydrophilicity that can be stably dispersed in hydrocarbon-based oil A non-aqueous dispersion may be provided.
The homopolymer formed of the hydrophilic monomer and the hydrophilic-hydrophobic copolymer are not separately prepared and mixed, but the homopolymer formed of the hydrophilic monomer is mixed with the polymer formed with the hydrophilic-hydrophobic copolymer, so that the homopolymer of the hydrophilic monomer precipitates. can prevent it from happening. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when polymerization of a copolymer in which a plurality of hydrophobic monomers are mixed is first performed, and then secondary copolymerization is performed while mixing a hydrophilic monomer, a stable non-aqueous dispersion can be prepared. It is thought that the copolymer formed before the homopolymer of the hydrophilic monomer is introduced can prepare a stable non-aqueous dispersion by enclosing the homopolymer of the hydrophilic monomer inside the external oil phase like an emulsifier to prevent precipitation. It is not limited to these theories. Such a stabilized non-aqueous dispersion may provide toilet paper properties and ease of washing with water by blending homopolymers of water-soluble monomers.
In this case, the hydrophilic monomer used in the copolymer and the hydrophilic monomer used in the homopolymer may be the same or different. (hereinafter also referred to as "stabilizer copolymer"), and further mixing a hydrophilic monomer to finally obtain a non-aqueous dispersion containing "homopolymer and copolymer".
In this way, it is possible to prepare a dispersion that is stably dispersed in a non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil while containing 50% by weight or more of a hydrophilic monomer among monomers. While exhibiting excellent cosmetic effects such as curl sustainability, it may have a property of being easily washed with a large amount of water or a general face wash.
The total content of hydrophilic monomers in the non-aqueous dispersion of the present invention is 50 to 90% by weight, specifically 50 to 80% by weight, more specifically 55 to 75% by weight of the total weight of monomers in the non-aqueous dispersion, and the total content of hydrophobic monomers Silver may be 10 to 50% by weight, specifically 20 to 50% by weight, more specifically 25 to 45% by weight of the total weight of the monomers in the non-aqueous dispersion.
The content of the hydrophilic monomer mixed in preparing the stabilizer copolymer of the present invention is 1 to 40% by weight, specifically 5 to 40% by weight, more specifically 5 to 25% by weight of the total weight of the monomers in the stabilizer copolymer. can be If the content is less than 1% by weight, it is difficult to stabilize the homopolymer due to poor compatibility with the hydrophilic monomer (homopolymer) mixed in preparing the final dispersion. In a reactor equipped with a cooler, nitrogen injector, thermometer, and stirrer, 300 g of isododecane, a non-polar hydrocarbon-based oil, 20 g of vinyl pyrrolidone, a hydrophilic monomer, 40 g of n-butyl acrylate, and 40 g of stearyl methacrylate, a hydrophobic monomer, were placed in a reactor equipped with a cooler, a nitrogen injector, a thermometer, and an agitator. After mixing uniformly, the temperature was raised to 85°C. In addition, 1 g of 2,2′-azobisisobutylnitrile, a radical initiator, was added and reacted for 6 hours to synthesize a copolymer (step 1). After the reaction, a mixed solution of 100 g of the hydrophilic monomer vinyl pyrrolidone and 1 g of the initiator 2,2'-azobis isobutylnitrile was slowly added and reacted at 85° C. for 12 hours (step 2). Finally, a copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone/n-butyl acrylate/stearyl methacrylate: 1/2/2 (weight ratio) was obtained, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone/first-stage copolymer: 50/50 ( weight ratio) of a hydrophilic polymer oil dispersion polymer was obtained. The obtained polymer particles had a size of 86 nm and were stably dispersed in isododecane, and a hydrophilic homopolymer/copolymer composite polymer having a hydrophilic monomer content of 60% relative to the total polymer could be obtained.

The manufacturing methods of Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 are as follows.
1. Isododecane is warmed to 80°C.
2. Add the thickeners (1 to 6) separately and disperse completely for 10 minutes.
3. After adding the non-aqueous dispersion containing the copolymer of hydrophilic monomer and hydrophobic monomer, it is dispersed for 5 minutes.
4. Cool to room temperature.
In Examples 1 and 2, it was confirmed that the non-aqueous dispersion containing a copolymer of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer was evenly dispersed, but in Comparative Examples 1 to 4, it was not uniformly dispersed and settled. If the non-aqueous dispersion is not uniformly dispersed, a problem may occur in stability over time when applied to a formulation. In Comparative Example 1, some precipitate was found, and it was confirmed that layer separation became more severe as time passed.
