Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a natural fiber walking mat and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, by manufacturing a walking mat using natural loofah fiber and coconut fiber, it is eco-friendly, secures excellent durability, and effectively prevents pedestrians from slipping even in rainy weather It relates to a natural fiber walking mat that can be used and a method for manufacturing the same.
In general, walking paths such as hiking trails, parks, and rivers are constructed by installing boundary stones with a certain width on both sides and exposing the soil, or by placing sidewalk blocks, concrete, or ascon.
Hiking trails, trails, walking trails, etc. constructed by exposing natural soil have a problem in that soil and sand are easily lost in rainwater during rainy weather, and maintenance is frequently required.
Placing sidewalk blocks, concrete, or asphalt concrete in order to prevent soil loss on hiking trails, walking trails, or walking paths has the advantage of relatively simple construction and excellent durability of the pavement structure, but the impact generated during walking can affect pedestrians. It is delivered to the body as it is and gives a feeling of fatigue, and the flexibility of the product is low, causing cracks to occur over time due to plastic deformation, fatigue cracking, etc.
Accordingly, a method of paving a road surface with a walking mat woven of coconut (palm) fibers has been proposed.
Walking mats made of coconut fiber not only prevent rainwater from pooling due to smooth drainage of rainwater, but also effectively protect the road surface to suppress soil loss, are relatively inexpensive to install, and have a cushioning feel to impact walking on pedestrians. It is widely used in hiking trails, walking trails, and walking trails as it provides a comfortable walking feeling by reducing
However, while the walking mat made of coconut fiber provides smooth drainage of rainwater, the surface is slippery when wet, and when installed on an inclined section (slope) such as a hiking trail, pedestrians easily slip and cause safety accidents. .
In addition, in order to manufacture a walking mat made of coconut fiber, a coconut fiber rope is required for sufficient thickness. In the early stage of development of a natural fiber walking mat, the coconut fiber rope was manually manufactured, so the twist strength of the rope is weak and durability is low. There was a disadvantage of this greatly falling, and the natural fiber walking mat made of such a low-durability coconut fiber rope was also not robust and had a disadvantage of low durability.
In order to compensate for the weak durability of the early coconut fiber walking mats, recently, a method of making coir yarn, the basic unit of the rope, by strongly rotating the core thread of the coconut rope with a machine has been used. As a result, the strength of the coconut rope is greatly improved, and the durability and quality of the walking mat made of coconut fiber are greatly improved.
However, even if the coconut fiber constituting the walking mat made of coconut fiber is naturally decomposed as a result of using PP/PE/nylon core wire or rope as the core yarn of the coconut rope described above, PP/PE/nylon core wire However, there is a problem in that the rope does not rot or naturally decompose and remains as it is, causing environmental pollution such as hiking trails, walking trails, and walking paths.
In order to solve the conventional disadvantages as described above, the present invention manufactures a walking mat using natural loofah fiber and coconut fiber, which are 100% natural materials, to provide an eco-friendly natural fiber walking mat with excellent durability and anti-slip effect, and a method for manufacturing the same is intended to provide
