Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic brake system, and more particularly, to an electromagnetic brake system capable of controlling braking of a vehicle using an electrical signal.
A brake system for realizing braking is necessarily installed in various vehicles transporting passengers or cargo or performing specific functions, and various types of brake systems have been proposed for the safety of drivers and cargo. In the past, a hydraulic brake system was mainly applied that uses a pressurized medium such as brake oil to form hydraulic pressure and transmits it to wheel cylinders to realize braking of the vehicle. A brake system consisting of is being introduced to the market.
On the other hand, as awareness of environmental pollution has recently become critical, electric vehicles that receive power from a rechargeable battery to operate a drive motor for driving and use the power provided by the drive motor as a power source for vehicles are in the limelight. . The electrification of these vehicles is gradually being widely applied to various types of vehicles that perform specific purposes, such as vehicles for various construction machines or forklifts, as well as passenger vehicles for transporting passengers.
Among them, electric forklifts require smooth steering and maneuverability to perform quick and accurate work within a narrow working space. Driving motors for driving are provided on the wheels to independently drive the left wheel and the right wheel. method is being proposed. In general, an electric forklift truck controls the size or pulse of the current applied to the driving motor to limit the rotational speed of the motor, or brakes the electric forklift by pressing a brake disc that rotates along with the drive shaft of the driving motor for driving. do.
At this time, wear of the brake disc occurs due to repeated braking of the forklift, and the gap between the brake disc and the pressing member gradually increases. Accordingly, there is a problem in that the braking time of the forklift is delayed or the braking feeling is deteriorated. .

On the other hand, one side and the other side described in this embodiment do not mean a specific direction, but refer to the relative positions of component elements to help description and understanding of the present invention. That is, one side described in this embodiment means the right side with reference to FIG. 1 and the other side means the left side with reference to FIG. will be.
The
The
The
The
When an electrical signal such as current is applied to the
The
The
As shown in the drawing, the
The
When an electrical signal such as current or voltage is applied to the
The
When the
Meanwhile, wear may occur on one side of the
Therefore, the
The
The front end of the spacer 152 (left end in FIG. 1) passes through the
Referring to FIG. 4 , when the operation of the electric forklift is finished and the vehicle is to be parked, the electric signal applied to the
At this time, as the
