Plastic raw material conversion method according to an embodiment of the present invention having the configuration as described above, in the dust collecting unit (not shown in the drawing for convenience of explanation), the toxic substances generated during the melting or extrusion molding process by the extrusion molding step (S110) A toxic gas discharge step of filtering the gas and discharging it to the outside of the manufacturing facility may be further included.

Synthetic resin (commonly referred to as plastic) is light, easy to process, and has the advantage of not decaying easily, so it is widely used as a basic material for industrial and household items. are doing However, after being discarded after use, not only remains without decomposition even after decades, but also is bulky, inconvenient to handle, and highly visible, so proper treatment of waste synthetic resin is emerging as a social problem.
There are three ways to treat waste synthetic resin: landfill, incineration, and recycling. The landfill method is inappropriate because the waste synthetic resin is a material that does not rot easily, and there is no choice but to incinerate or recycle through separate collection.
However, the incineration method is a simple method that can utilize thermal efficiency, but it requires a lot of investment in facilities, causes air pollution by generating harmful gases, and has the disadvantage of corroding the incineration device.
On the other hand, the recycling method is a method of producing recycled plastic raw materials by simple physical treatment such as collecting waste synthetic resin, sorting, washing, crushing, and reducing compression, and a chemical reaction using a catalyst after simple physical treatment such as washing There is a method of producing fuel oil such as diesel by recovering a chemical substance (Monomer), which is an original raw material, from waste synthetic resin or thermally decomposing it at a high temperature.
The plastic raw material conversion method according to an embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above can provide an effect of improving the production efficiency of raw materials in the form of pellets capable of manufacturing plastic products by recycling waste synthetic resin. .

Sliding guide grooves are formed along one side and the other side wall surface so that one side and the other side of the connection block can be seated,
The connection block,
Inwardly rounded arch-shaped grooves are formed at the front and rear ends to remove foreign substances remaining in the sliding guide groove while moving along the sliding rail,
The rotary drive unit,
a slider seated in a sliding groove extending in a left and right horizontal direction along an inner side of the rail unit; It is connected to one side and the other side of the rear end of the slider facing the inner side of the sliding groove so as to be rotationally driven, so that it is seated in close contact with the inner side of the sliding groove, and is rotated in a forward or reverse direction to move the slider along the sliding groove. a driving wheel that moves the slider; a head installed at a front end of the slider and exposed from the rail portion; and a rotation drive motor installed below the head and having an upper end of the rotation bar installed on a driving shaft to rotate and drive the rotation bar in a forward or reverse direction.
