Abstract
Description
The present embodiment relates to a gas sensing device based on a quantum sensor capable of detecting gas components from a long distance with a relatively wide sensing radius, and an artificial intelligence analysis system using the same.
The contents described in this part merely provide background information on the present embodiment and do not constitute prior art.
The gas sensing device detects a specific gas component in the air. Specific gas components are mainly harmful to the human body, and include methane (CH 4 ), VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), formaldehyde, toluene, and the like.
As a gas sensing device for detecting such a gas component, the following gas sensing device package has been conventionally used. A conventional gas sensing device package includes a sensing material for sensing a specific gas component and a heater for activating the sensing material. Here, the sensing material needs to be activated in order to sense a specific gas component, but a conventional gas sensing device package uses a heater to activate the sensing material. In a conventional gas sensing device package, a specific gas component is sensed by activating the sensing material by raising the temperature of the sensing material using a heater.
However, since a heater must be included in a package of a conventional gas sensing device, there is an inconvenience in that the package increases in volume. In addition, since the sensing material in the gas sensing device package needs to be heated to be activated, it is inconvenient that it cannot be used immediately in a room temperature environment and can be used only after heating for a certain period of time.
Accordingly, a gas sensing device for sensing a specific gas component using a light source has emerged. Gas components use the property of absorbing light in a specific wavelength band, and a conventional gas sensing device irradiates light in a wavelength band absorbed by a component to be detected, and senses the amount of reflected light reflected therefrom to detect the component to be detected. The presence and amount of was sensed.
The wavelength band of the light output from the light source is very sensitive to temperature, and as the temperature around the light source changes, the wavelength band of the light output also changes. Due to this problem, when a light source that is not sensitive to temperature is mounted in the gas sensing device, there is a problem in that manufacturing cost is significantly increased, and otherwise, there is a problem in that quality is significantly deteriorated.
In addition, there is an inconvenience of detecting only gas components within a certain distance range, and there is a problem in that a relatively large amount of gas sensing devices must be disposed in a certain space.

The
The
When irradiating light to sense a gas component, the
2 is a diagram showing the configuration of a gas sensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 2 , a

The
7 is a graph showing light absorbance of gas according to wavelength.
7 is a graph showing light absorbance according to a wavelength of methane, which is an example of a gas to be detected. Referring to FIG. 7 , methane exhibits light absorption at a certain level or higher at various wavelengths. However, a significant amount of light is absorbed in a wavelength band with a very narrow line width of several pm, and the absorbance of light is significantly reduced when the wavelength is out of the corresponding wavelength band. Therefore, it can be seen that when light within a certain wavelength range (Δλ) is irradiated, a significant amount is absorbed by the gas component, and when the light is out of the corresponding wavelength range, it can be confirmed that the light absorption is significantly reduced.
Referring back to FIG. 2 , the
In order for the artificial
The
The
In detecting a gas component located at a short distance, the
On the other hand, in detecting a gas component located at a long distance, the
The
The
The
The
3 is a diagram showing the configuration of a light source according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 3 , a
The
The
The first
The second
The third
In order to control the temperature of the

As shown in FIG. 4, the
Referring back to FIG. 3 , a

Referring to FIG. 5 , the artificial

The
Learning of the artificial intelligence learning model is performed on the sensed values shown in FIG. 6 .
6 is a diagram illustrating a sensing value sensed by a gas sensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 6A shows a situation in which the
FIG. 6B shows a situation in which the
In a situation where separate miscellaneous light does not enter the
However, as shown in FIG. 6C, there may be a situation in which miscellaneous light is incident together with the reflected light, and there may be a case where the reflected light is incident at a minute intensity such as a photon unit from a long distance.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 6A , the reflected light 640 reflected from the point where the gas component exists and the reflected light 630 that do not exist are not clearly distinguished like the sensed values. Although the size of the sensed value may be relatively different, it may be difficult to perform the classification with only the reflected light having the preset first wavelength band.
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 6D , the sensing value of the reflected light of the second wavelength band additionally set in advance is further analyzed.
When miscellaneous light is additionally incident in a situation where no gas component exists or when reflected light is incident with minute intensity, the sensing value (for the reflected light) of the preset first wavelength band or the (reflected light) of the preset second wavelength band For) sensed values do not differ from each other. On the other hand, in the case described above in the presence of a gas component, a difference value between a sensing value of a preset first wavelength band and a sensing value of a preset second wavelength band necessarily exists.
The artificial intelligence learning model used by the
