In general, an electric precipitator is a device that purifies the air by applying an electric field to suspended dust in the air and collecting it with electrostatic force to purify the air.
Electric precipitators can be divided into types using a dust collecting pipe or a dust collecting plate according to the shape of a dust collecting part, which is a part that directly collects dust.
1 schematically illustrates the principle of electric dust collection using a dust collection plate.
As shown in FIG. 1 , an electric precipitator using a dust collecting plate includes a
More specifically, when DC high voltage is applied to one end of the
The dust gas passes between the
The dust attached to the inner wall of the
In the case of a wet electric precipitator, the flow of water flowing on the dust collecting surface, that is, on one surface of the
In addition, in most conventional wet electric precipitators, the water film formed on the dust collecting surface is sensitively affected by the operating conditions of the dust collector and the flow rate of water for forming the water film, so it is difficult to form a water film uniformly over the entire area of the dust collecting surface. there was.
Therefore, in order to solve the above conventional problems, the dust collection efficiency can be remarkably increased while being configured relatively compactly, so that the space for installing the dust collector and the installation investment cost can be reduced, and the removal of contaminants is easy. Specifically, the
The casing 310 includes a
As illustrated in the drawing, the
The front and rear
The
Specifically, in the
In addition, in the
Here, the

Specifically, the washing liquid
The
In addition, the gas passage holes 331 formed in the
Here, it is preferable that the valley of the
In other words, the washing liquid containing contaminants passing through the gap formed by the two neighboring
Describing the operational effect of the wet pretreatment unit configured as described above, the pollutant-containing gas flowing into the casing 310 has a flow rate in the passage between two neighboring
At this time, since the
Subsequently, the ionizer unit 400 is a component configured to ionize contaminants and fine water particles in the gas processed by the
Next, the charging
Specifically, the charging
The charging module 520 has a circular or polygonal cross-section in which a cleaning

The
In other words, during the operation of the wet electrostatic precipitator, large particles of washing water that can cause sparks and arcs are removed in the
The cleaning liquid is introduced through the cleaning
In such a
Next, the cleaning liquid supply-processing device unit 600 supplies the cleaning liquid to the

Then, fine cleaning liquid particles and residual contaminants are negatively ionized by the
As described above, according to the charging device for a wet electric precipitator and the wet electrostatic precipitator including the same according to the present invention, it can be configured relatively compactly compared to a conventional charging device including a plate-shaped charging plate, thereby Therefore, it is possible to save space for the installation of the dust collector, and the dust collection efficiency can be significantly increased compared to the existing charging device of the same size, so the installation investment cost can be reduced, and the structure is easy to remove pollutants.
