Description
The present invention relates to a plant cultivator.
As the industry develops and the population increases, agricultural land or clean areas are decreasing due to the expansion of various factory facilities and the construction of houses. Growing clean agricultural products and various plants is becoming more difficult day by day.
On the other hand, interest in a plant cultivation device for cultivating plants such as mushrooms and vegetables using a pallet and lighting equipment containing a culture medium in a frame made of a multi-layered shelf is increasing. Because light and temperature are artificially controlled in the plant grower, high-quality vegetables can be stably supplied without crop failure or overproduction due to climate change, shape, taste, and nutrients can be managed within a certain range, and pesticide-free cultivation is possible. This can relieve anxiety about food.
In this way, the plant grower artificially creates a lighting environment through the electronic control of the light source module, artificially creates a moisture environment and a nutrient environment through the electronic control of the culture medium module, and artificially creates an airflow environment through the control of the air conditioning module Because it can create an overheated environment, it is possible to harvest more efficiently compared to general natural cultivation and to grow necessary plants indoors.
Recently, in line with this trend, hydroponics, which can be harvested in all seasons, has been widely used. Hydroponics refers to a method of cultivating plants using water, that is, a nutrient solution, in which various necessary nutrients are dissolved without using soil, and a plant cultivator using such a hydroponic cultivation method has also been developed.
Plant growers capable of hydroponics can be divided into soaking type, thin film type, and spray type according to the method of supplying the nutrient solution. In the case of soaked plant growers, there is a problem that the nutrient solution accumulated in the cultivation bed decays in a high temperature environment. Plant growers are now widely used. However, even in the case of a thin film planter, it is cumbersome to frequently supply the nutrient solution to the top of the plant until it germinates after sowing, the cotyledons come out, and the roots grow to absorb the nutrient solution flowing along the bottom of the cultivation bed.
On the other hand, in the case of spray-type plant growers disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1882196, etc., it is difficult to supply the nutrient solution to the entire area of the plant because most of them have the form of locally spraying the nutrient solution on a specific part of the plant, and when spraying, a certain amount of Since electricity is required, if an external risk factor such as a power outage occurs, the supply of nutrient solution is interrupted, causing the plant to wither or die. In addition, in order to stably keep the mist composed of the sprayed nutrient solution inside the cultivation machine, the spray nozzle must be continuously driven, so energy efficiency is lowered. there is a problem to be In addition, when a plurality of spray nozzles are densely installed to evenly deliver moisture and nutrients to all areas of the plant, energy efficiency is lowered and the size of the plant grower is increased, thereby reducing space efficiency.
The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and an object of the present invention is to evenly supply a nutrient solution to all areas of a plant, such as roots, stems, and leaves, while reducing dependence on electrical energy, that is, power.
In order for a plant to grow properly, external conditions such as temperature, humidity, and illuminance, as well as internal conditions such as a certain level of movement, need to be established. In addition, it is necessary to adjust the direction of the wind generated by the

5 is a schematic diagram of a driving process of a plant grower according to an embodiment of the present invention. Conversely, when the internal humidity of the
The plant grower may further include a
The
In addition, the
On the other hand, in the case of a conventional spray-type plant grower, since a certain amount of power is required to drive the sprayer, when an external risk factor such as a power outage occurs, the supply of the nutrient solution is stopped, causing the plant to wither or die. In addition, since the mist composed of the sprayed nutrient solution tends to dissipate within a short time, the efficiency of delivery of the nutrient solution to the plant may be reduced. Therefore, energy efficiency may be reduced.
