일측은 컬럼부를 둘러싸면서 컬럼부와 회전 가능하도록 결합하고, 타측은 베이스부의 타단에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 컬럼부가 베이스부를 기준으로 접혀지거나 펼쳐질 수 있는 연결부;를 포함하고,
