Description
The present invention relates to an inner rotor motor including a heat pipe capable of cooling heat generated in the inner rotor motor.
In general, a motor is a device for obtaining rotational power by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy, and such a motor is divided into an inner rotor type in which a rotor is provided and an outer rotor type in which a rotor is rotated from the outside.
The inner rotor type motor means that a magnet (magnet), that is, a stator is attached to the outside of a rotor (rotor), and an example of this is a BLC motor. A brushless DC motor is a motor that consists of a stator having a two-phase, three-phase, or four-phase armature coil and a rotor of permanent magnets and does not have a commutator, and is widely used as a motor for variable speed driving. .
In particular, in recent years, thanks to the development of permanent magnet materials, the scope of application has been broadly expanded from home use to industrial use, such as being used as a servo drive.
The BLC motor is largely composed of a stator winding that generates a rotating magnetic field, a stator iron core that forms a magnetic flux path to facilitate the flow of the magnetic flux, and a rotor made of a rotor iron core and a permanent magnet.
The driving principle of the BLC motor is that when a rotating magnetic field is applied to a stator winding made of a three-phase winding, the magnetic flux by the rotating magnetic field and the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet interact to generate torque while the rotor rotates in a certain direction.
A structure of a rotor of a conventional inner rotor motor will be described with reference to FIG. 1 .

When the
In addition, since the flow passages are divided into a plurality of
