Referring to FIG. 1 , first, when a user uses a treadmill, a user's walking-related parameters may be measured and a response to a questionnaire for determining the degree of dizziness may be input from the user (S110).
여기서, 보행관련 파라미터는 좌측 한걸음 속도(Stride Velocity Left), 우측 한걸음 속도(Stride Velocity Right), 속도(Velocity), 분당 걸음수(Cadence), 좌측 한발짝 길이(Step Length Left), 우측 한발짝 길이(Step Length Right), 좌측 한걸음 길이(Stride Length Left) 및 우측 한걸음 길이(Stride Length Right) 중 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.Here, gait-related parameters are Stride Velocity Left, Stride Velocity Right, Velocity, Steps Per Minute Cadence, Step Length Left, and Step Length Right), a left one step length (Stride Length Left), and a right one step length (Stride Length Right) may include one or more.
Such walking-related parameters may be measured by known sensors such as a treadmill or various sensors attached to the user, for example, a distance sensor, a speed sensor, an acceleration sensor, and a pressure sensor.

According to an embodiment, the questionnaire response is performed through a method of presenting the questionnaire items shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 through a terminal device possessed by the user or a display device provided on a treadmill, and receiving a user's selection signal for this. can be input.
Thereafter, a visual stimulus may be provided to a user using the treadmill ( S120 ). According to an embodiment, a visual stimulus for inducing dizziness may be provided to the user through a wearable display such as a head mounted display, smart glasses, 3D goggles, etc. worn by the user, but the visual stimulus is provided Means for doing so are not necessarily limited thereto.
Thereafter, the user's walking-related parameters may be re-measured and a response to the questionnaire may be re-entered (S130). Here, the types and measurement methods of the measured gait-related parameters and responses to the questionnaire are the same as those described above in step S110, and thus a redundant description thereof will be omitted.
(S140).Thereafter, the correlation between the amount of change in the gait-related parameter measured before and after the visual stimulus and the change in the questionnaire response may be analyzed (S140).
According to an embodiment, a weight may be assigned to each gait-related parameter by analyzing the correlation between the user's symptoms evaluated based on the change in the questionnaire response input by the user and the amount of change in one or more gait-related parameters. For example, when the degree of change in dizziness is large in the user's questionnaire response, a high weight may be given to a gait-related parameter showing a large change, and a low weight may be given to a gait-related parameter in which a small change is shown.
(S150).Then, based on the correlation analysis result, it is possible to calculate the dizziness index from the measurement result of the walking-related parameter (S150).
According to an embodiment, the dizziness index may be calculated from the measurement result of the user's walking-related parameters in consideration of the weights assigned to each of the walking-related parameters through the correlation analysis in S140 described above.
As an example, the dizzy probability may be calculated according to
1][Equation 1]
Dizzy probability = a0 + b0(V2-V1) + C0(Ca2-Ca1) + d0(L1-L2)Dizzy probability = a 0 + b 0 (V 2 -V 1 ) + C 0 (Ca 2 -Ca 1 ) + d 0 (L 1 -L 2 )
Here, a 0 , b 0 , c 0 and d 0 are a 0 >0, b 0 <0, C 0 >0, d 0 >0, and may be the weight determined in step S140 described above. Also, a 0 may be a value determined according to the user's gender, and may have a larger value for a woman than for a man. In addition, V 1 and V 2 represent parameters related to walking speed before and after visual stimulation, Ca 1 and Ca 2 represent steps per minute before and after visual stimulation, and L 1 and L 2 are related to walking length before and after visual stimulation. A parameter (eg, the average value of the lengths of both sides, etc.) is indicated.
According to the above example, it is possible to quantitatively calculate the dizziness index from the change in gait before and after the visual stimulus.
(S160).Thereafter, it is possible to predict the user's fall based on the calculated index (S160).
According to an embodiment, a fall may be predicted by evaluating a user's fall probability according to a range to which the calculated dizziness index belongs.
According to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, dizziness that a user may experience when using a treadmill is quantified and calculated as an index, and using this, it is possible to predict a user's fall in advance.
