The content described in this section merely provides background information on the present invention and does not constitute the prior art.
In general, a turbine device is compressed in a compressor, and a high-temperature and high-pressure working fluid generated through a combustion process in a combustor is expanded to generate an output, thereby converting thermal energy into rotational energy to drive the compressor, and the high-pressure compressed by the driving of the compressor. It is driven according to the Brayton Cycle, which repeatedly performs the operation of sending the gas back to the combustor.
On the other hand, the high-temperature and high-pressure working fluid passing through the combustor increases the temperature of the turbine impeller while rotating the turbine impeller at high speed.
On the other hand, this heat is transferred to the air foil bearing fastened on the rotation shaft of the impeller, and acts as a cause of defects in the overall turbine device, such as shortening the performance and life of the bearing.
In order to solve the problem caused by the high-temperature turbine impeller, in the prior art, a method of circulating cooling water by manufacturing a separate flow path was used. It rises, and there was a problem in that the size of the turbine device increased by the formation of the flow path.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional turbine generator, some domestic and foreign related companies have conducted research on a turbine generator without a separate cooling flow path, but the cost of providing the structure is excessive for actual commercialization. Or, even if not, the cooling effect compared to the manufacturing cost of the device is not large, so compared to the conventional turbine generator, the market competitiveness is low, and there has been no case of commercialization in earnest.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a device capable of solving the problems of the prior art as described above.
