상기 속새 추출물의 여액의 성분분석은 HPLC와 ABTS 라디칼 소거능을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 online HPLC-ABTS를 이용하였다. 사용한 Column은 YMC-Triart C18을 이용하였고 이동상은 0.1% formic acid가 들어간 Acetonitrile과 Water를 이용하였으며, ABTS 시약은 3mM ABTS와 2.4mM potassium persulfate를 넣고 암소에서 16시간 동안 반응한 후 사용하였다. 추출물의 여액은 Rotary evaporator를 이용하여 농축 한 후 성분분석을 진행하였다.
