상기 소독액 저장 용기 내에 저장된 상기 소독액의 산성도를 높이기 위한 산성화 가스 생성부;
상기 소독액 저장 용기에 저장된 소독액을 공급하는 소독액 공급 라인;
주변 공기를 흡입하는 활성화 가스 공급 라인;
상기 활성화 가스 공급 라인 상에 설치되고, 상기 활성화 가스 공급 라인을 따라 공급되는 공기를 전기장 인가로 활성화시켜 활성화 가스를 생성하는 활성화 가스 생성부; 및
상기 소독액 공급 라인으로부터 상기 소독액이 공급되는 제1유로와 상기 활성화 가스 공급 라인으로부터 상기 활성화 가스가 공급되는 제2유로를 가지며, 상기 소독액을 액적 또는 미스트 상태로 상기 활성화 가스와 함께 분사하는 노즐을 포함하되,
상기 활성화 가스 생성부는,
제1전극 튜브;
내측으로 상기 제1전극 튜브가 삽입되며, 유전성 재질의 튜브로 제공되는 배리어;
